Really great and such a variety of food. We opted for the buffet style... chicken, beef, lamb, pork big variety of salads, choose wisely as they weigh R25 per 100g so adds up fast. Food was good and a great selection of desserts. Their wine coconut slush was so ooooo good. Very clean and in my top 4

A beautiful modern glass building with sleek lines and fabulous views. There is a happy atmosphere within the walls which made tasting the wines great fun. Very reasonably priced wines that gave other estates at much higher prices a run for there money. Looking forward to finding the wines in the UK.

This is an amazing location. Huge glass retractable doors open to views of an incredible mountain. The space is of the highest quality construction, and very welcoming to visitors. There is a large wine selection, and the food selection is professionally prepared and presented.

As something a little different my wife an I tried one of the cooking lessons offered by the winery-- vegan cooking. My wife has been a vegan for 15 years and was skeptical she would learn much, but she did and it was great fun. All the participants prepared their own entree while Pieter and his staff demonstrated and prepared... More

We enjoyed an excellent, reasonably priced lunch today at Leopard's Leap. They have a winter menu from Monday to Thursday and a rotisserie from Friday to Sunday in winter. Service was very pleasant and wine per bottle is very good value. Beautiful modern winery with views of the mountains. Cookery classes are offered twice a day. Wine tasting and well-stocked... More

We stopped here for lunch which was buffet style. Bread, vegetables and salads, all served cold, are priced by weight. A half plate of vegetables cost R100. One can then choose from 4 meat types. One of us had the "slow cooked beef" which was the fattiest low quality cut imaginable. One had the lamb (which turned out to be... More

I've been to many wedding venues on my life's journey. Some offered a beautiful landscape, but disappointing food and service while some offered great food and service with boring surroundings. At Leopard's Leap I experienced a good buffet and friendly service in a very pleasant surrounding which made it a great wedding day.

My husband and I did the wine tasting which we found to be disappointing at best. When we enquired about buying a case to courier to our home in JHB we were given a "don't know" by the hostess and then received a cool response by the supervisor who stated that "it's the same price in JHB anyway". I thus... More
