This is an amazing collection of some beautiful and unusual vehicles in immaculate condition. It was very quiet and relaxed at this time, so we could take photographs which is not always the case. I could have spent longer reading the excellent information boards but had to consider the ladies in our small group but even they were fascinated by... More

As a family of car enthusiasts, we popped into this museum. What a magnificent collection of cars. Each one spotlessly clean and shiny. The info boards were fascinating to read! What a journey through time. I was awestruck by the variety and the information presented. Well worth a visit, but give yourself time to enjoy all that there is to... More

It's a great add to the art museums, galleries and winery/restaurant choices in franschhoek. Call ahead for an appointment - entry is via a trolley from the Rupert winery. While you're at it, book a wine tasting post museum if it appeals to you. Collection is curated to start with earliest cars in the first building, along with big wheel... More

This place is crazy awesome! 4 large warehouses of cars... Model T and A, early German and Italian models. Jaguar Type Es, Aston Martin DB2, 3, and 4s. Ferrari F40, F50, Enzo and more. Vintage bicycles on the walls. Maseratis, Audis, Benz, Bugatti - classics. Don't miss the wine tasting at the vineyard. Note: If you give 48 hour notice... More

The cars are interesting but somehow the visit is a bit of an anticlimax. I feel that a decent Restuarant is required to expanded the visit and experience. If you could sit and admire the vehicles this would help.

Cars located in four separate buildings, great condition, informative signs, exceptional collection. You will need the full 1.5 hours allocated. Located close to the quaint town of Franschhoek. If you only have one day in wine country, focus on this small quaint town and the car museum. They ask for your passport information and they take a picture of your... More

We were fortunate to have a private guided tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and had the answer for ever question my son threw at him. Lovely collection housed in a beautiful setting. Try the café, the desserts are lovely..

Hate to give this a low rating, however dropped by several days ago and they have new restricted viewing, wherein you must call ahead of time to make an appointment for one of several specific viewing times per day. I wasn't able to get in that day at all. Since I had to fly out the next day, I missed... More

This was much bigger and better than I expected. All the cars were gorgeous and the information and in fact the whole "presentation" was brilliant
