The views are breath taking whereever you look it s very beautifull. Some places where rather out of space looking because of the fires recently.

A beautiful nature reserve with views into the Franschhoek Valley. A good hike, not difficult but it takes a satisfying effort. Once at the Uitkyk there is the almost 360 degrees view into the next valley, with spectacular mountain tops and faces.

My partner and I decided to have a 4 to 5 hour hike around this Reserve today. Even though the weather was hot at 34 degrees centigrade,on the mountain it was much cooler at about 24 degrees centigrade. There was also a lovely breeze blowing....More

Did the same walk as last year and worth every minute of being out of breath to enjoy the stunning views. Just love the beautiful scenery, peace and quiet. You cannot beat it.

It was an overcast day with low lying clouds....cool....and perfect for a long walk. Trails are easy to follow and the views, even with cloude are great!
