Yes I've renamed it as there are multiples more warthogs seen than elephants. We were constantly joking they could do with more lions to keep the warthog population under control ! We have been to many parks in South Africa as well as several other...More

This was a great experience. You see herds of elephants heading to the water holes. The park sponsored safaris were overrated. We also had an outside guide give us a 2 hours tours and enjoyed this in our own car. Watering hole 22 is great...More

I was more impressed with the beauty of Addo than with the wildlife. It is mountainous and there were masses of beautiful wildflowers and views of the dunes and sea from the park. It was quiet.

Stayed in the Nyathi restcamp cottages... would not have thought SANPARKS to have such great accomodation. Great size and amazing view.

We loved our tour in Addo. Spotted lots of elephants. And elephants. And elephants. Magic creatures. You can easily do a self drive. Highly recommended.

It is an interesting experience to travel through Addo national Park (much smaller than Kruger) and to spot so many wonderful animals, specialy elephants.

Another example of what can be achieved to protect an endangered species in a vast natural environment. You can self-drive on designated roads but to get the best experience I would recommend a guided safari - the guides know more about the part and animals...More

We drove into the park at 2:00pm and only left at 5:30pm! We entered at the Main gate and drove all the way to the south of the park and exited through the Matyholweni gate. We saw most of the animals in the southern part...More
