Memorial has a nice historical timeline display and in need of some repairs. Located across from the State Building. Walk around at your own pace and plenty of seating to rest.

The monument is located right across the street from the NJ State House, State Museum, and Old Barracks Museum. The view from the top of the monument is quite good and worth a brief visit.
