I play tennis here in summer - 8 flood lit courts. It has a golf course next to it. Pedal boats for kids. Beautiful Rose garden. Has a structured exercise trail. Access to Canal trail which is miles long!!

When I think of Colonial Park, idyllic comes to mind. Beautiful place, take a walk, very relaxing, I love to find a bench by the water and meditate.

This park is not too large and it's very family friendly. Got to see many birds and also had a great time pickniking.

Such a beautiful walking path. Outside in the fresh air and the scenery is perfect. You'll always meet someone that you know.

This well-maintained park offers a peaceful refuge from busy, high traffic surroundings. The adjacent lovely county golf course helps insulate the park from ever infringing real estate developers.

Colonial Park is located in Somerset, NJ bordering Amwell Rd, Metlars Lane and Elizabeth Ave. Its a large park that's well maintained and groomed. It has a stage for large events as well as a dog park, concession stand and a paddle wheel boat pond....More

The place is spacious and has a mini golf too, Perfect for family picnic or outdoor party, Reservation is not required for small events.
