Attended my friend's kids birthday party at the park. very nice.. been here before for various activities from just picnic to playing softball. If it wasn't far from my home and no other options existed close to my home, I would come to this park.

This park is spread out and well-maintained. There are paddle boats and miniature golf, as well as several playgrounds...something for everyone

I walk the length of the park and take my grandchildren of varying ages (2 to 8) to play on the playground. There are also paddle boats and mini-golf.

This is a great park. Well maintained except for tennis courts. Tennis courts need resurfacing, several cracks. Highly used. Lots of parking and big picnic area. Grandkids enjoy the swings and other features. They should consider expanding the kids playground area. New Gazebo offers private party opportunity for BYO lunch or dinner.

The trees and flowers are beautiful 3 seasons of the year. Walking through the acres of foliage, both common and usual is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Great place to picnic. The flowers in season are wonderful, the Rose Garden is spectacular.

Great place for hiking, smelling the Roses or even for picnic. We have visited Colonia park mainly for hiking in the trail, it is beautiful and very scenic. The natural beauty of this place is unbelievable, we have spotted turtles basking on the floating wood many times and spotted deers staring at us during the walk. The Rose garden is... More

I live right near the park. It is wonderful. It offers fishing, miniature golf in summer, intense play area for children and swims for babies, tennis, area for picnics, paddle boating, fairs, a rose garden and a gazebo where there are a lot of weddings performed during the summer.

We love Colonial Park and frequently visit. Colonial Park has special beauty during the spring with acres of flowers and flowering trees - almost blinding with sunny bright colors! Oh to describe the cherry blossoms and the rose garden! Of course there's large picnic areas near a small river and a dam along with play grounds for the kids, tennis,... More

Good parking, excellent walk and bike lines, kiddie park and a dog park. Paddle boats during warm weather and tennis courts.

Every season is truly wonderful in this park. Walking around the arboretum, the rose garden or taking a walk over the canal bridge to the tow path. Dog friendly as well. Look foward to the Spring to see all the beautiful perennials popping up. So beautiful and well maintained
