Good location for local community theater

Have attended several community theater productions. Nice. Good location and reasonably priced.Wish there were more productions held at this location.

Nice venue it's a little exhausting because it's basically standing room only unless you get there hours ahead of time. You have a good view no matter where you are unless you are short but for the amount of money of the tickets it's worth seeing a show.

I have been to many smaller venues and the Starland Ballroom ranks at the top of my list. Parking is right on site, very easy in and easy out. The building looks older on the outside, but when you walk inside it's very polished and clean. The inside was upgraded after Hurricane Sandy and as a result there isn't a... More

Keep in mind that this review is for the location itself, and not the shows that are put on there. We started out by paying a parking fee (of course, because the ticket prices aren't enough money to line their pockets with) waiting on a long line for a show that was supposed to start at 8:00. The doors didn't... More

That's what I will always call Starland. Been there in my early 20's loved it then. 25 years later I just can't get into it maybe because they pack you in like sardines. Parking charge o believe was 7 bucks. But support the veterans and park across the street. Lines are huge and start lining up hours before a show.... More

The Starland is on the smaller side so it's a great place to see a show. Even if you're not standing in the front, you can still stand on the platform behind the floor and still have a good view. Most people stand but you may be able to find a seat or two next to the sides of the... More

$7 to park in an unpaved parking lot with huge puddles of water that you have to maneuver around so you don't get your nice heels ruined is ridiculous.

Overbooked, understaffed, blocked exits, complete congestion, guards hitting on young girls, minors at the bar, terrible experience all around. The customer service is awful.

First time seeing a show here and it was great! Security was very helpful! The sound was amazing! Recommend getting Star Parking because it gets you in quick so you can get close to the stage! Will definitly return!

Maybe this was a "ballroom" 50 or 60 years ago. Today it is a club for unsupervised teens and twenty year olds listening to really bad music and people just screaming into the microphones. I'm not sure what you would classify the music as (head banger?). These idiots still have mosh pits and try to hurt each other fighting while... More
