The place is expensive between parking, food and the beach it’s not worth it. Then after 1pm the clientele starts changing. Try Belmar or Spring Lake instead.

This is one large beach. It just keeps going in both directions. Waves can get big so do be careful. Lifeguards on duty. Very clean. Plenty of space to spread out. Able to rent umbrellas. Fee to enter onto beach each day and receive wristband.

Your average boardwalk, though there are no interesting shops. It is typical arcades, ice cream, a few bars, etc.
