Lovely open space with plenty of free parking, nice bathrooms, children's playground and two large pavilions. Close access to the fort for exploring and the beach along the Delaware Bay. Just lovely use of taxpayer dollars to provide families/groups with place to BBQ and enjoy...More

Nice park for locals to have picnics with family. Large green space, walking trails, fishing and explore the fort structures. You can take a ferry across the Delaware River to Fort Delaware. Ample free parking.

Not overly huge of a park but its quaint. And its views of the Delaware are wonderful. Great spot for a afternoon walk with your sweetheart. Nice for people who love photography. And a plus since it has Riverview Beach Park right down the street...More

If you are ever in this part of Southern NJ spend a bit of time here... a little out of the way (that's the idea anyway) and certainly a great place for a walk with the special someone. Oh, bring your dogs.

the most amazing time. i took 2 kids 5 and 6 years old and it held their attention. very good learning anytime you visit here. also has a ferry that goes to pea pach island.
