My husband and I saw comedienne Vic Dibitetto here and loved the show and venue. Very simple theater with ample parking....try to arrive early because the theater is on a main street with lots of patrons using the parking spaces for local shops and stores....More

Thanks for taking the time to post this review, and we're happy you had a good experience. We do have to give credit to Uncle Vinnie's Comedy Club, who was renting our theatre to present Vic's show. - David

Parking is the greatest problem. The town has limited parking and the business nearby prohibit using their lots. You must arrive early unless you live nearby. The theater is historic and quaint. The modernization has improved the appearance but design makes it difficult to move...More

Thanks for taking the time to write this review, and we're so glad you enjoyed the show. We're very proud of West Side Story. The theatre reminds you of a movie house for good reason. The Algonquin was built in 1938 as a movie house,...More

Thanks for taking a minute to review the Algonquin! One point of clarification - the actors in Harvey were not professional. But our goal is for every show and cast to be so good that you can't tell the the difference. We're extremely fortunate to...More

We were fortunate enough to attend the 80th anniversary of Benny Goodman's Concert at Carnegie Hall recently. This theatre is an excellent venue, with good shows and favorable pricing.

Have attended several live performances over the past few years & must say I found each to be magical, exceeding my expectations. The performers, the music, all great & so professional. Ticket prices are eminently reasonable with even further discounts available to seniors. Popular shows...More

Historical play house. Doesn't offer a lot, but puts on good local shows. Bathrooms are small, but just got redone.

Saw a band called "Spare Parts" do an evening of the music of Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits. I was blown away. Excellent musicians and a very nice venue, small, intimate, only 500 seats, so there is not a bad seat in the house. This...More

In shows I’ve attended most seats were pre-sold. Check by calling if a specific show is sold out. If not the box office there will be able to accommodate you.
