Bad food and boring show
Jun. 2019 • Friends
The food was awful and the drinks were flat. The show was boring. In my group no one enjoyed. It was so gross, and the special (and actually good) drinks were super expensive. Why waist so much money for an awful experience.

Entertaining Show and Wonderful Guest Services
Feb. 2020
I have been to Medieval Times several times, and it is always a fun and enjoyable time. This time was no different. But, I really want to give a shout of appreciation for the wonderful customer service I experienced. I went with a group of friends, which totaled 12 guests. We had originally planned to attend in December, but living in the Northeast, it unfortunately was bad weather and we weren't able to go when we originally had hoped. Customer Service was great in working with us to give us a credit for a future show. And, when one of our group was unable to make the changed day due to illness, they were very accommodating to help with that as well. They were so helpful and accommodating, and we truly appreciated all the effort that was made. Thank you Medieval Times, you truly made our experience wonderful!

Well run and a great show
Feb. 2020
Took our 7yo grand daughter to the dinner show, just general admission, and had a great time. The staff is excellent, from check in, to bar service, to the servers at dinner, and even the overloaded gift shop staff, they were all prompt and very attentive. The food offering is pretty much pre-determined, but the servers ask about allergies and special dietary needs right away. Beverage service during the show is readily available without being intrusive, and even the people selling souvenirs and photos are there without being in your face. The show itself is amazing, considering the scripting, animals, and choreography needed to put on realistic fighting scenes. Pricing is reasonable for the experience you get and we'd do this again in a heart beat.

Great Food and family fun
May 2019
Fun show and awesome chicken & tomato soup. Veggie entree was rated well by my husband. Arrive early to see the king and princess and the knights parade into the castle . Parking is free but expect pay for additional experiences and memoirs. We got standard seats and did not buy any extras for our family, still we had great view from high seats.

Was so Excited...
Oct. 2019
I was so excited to finally get to go to Medieval Times. When we finally got there the seats that are built in are so small, definitely made for petite people. The Food was OK, not great, but OK. The show would have been great, if you could understand any of the story line, the sound system is terrible. Couldn't understand anything anyone saying I would never again spend that much money to go back.

Great Dinner Show/ but parking sucks
Dec. 2019
PROS: This is a great dinner show for all ages. The food is good and enough , fun for kids because they get to eat with their hands. My grandchildren loved the Falcon. Cons: The fact they try to cram 3 shows a day in is kinda crazy. It wouldn't be bad but if you get there early for the 2nd or 3rd show, you have to park out in BFE unless you wait until the previous show lets out and find a parking space closer and run to get in before show starts. The spacing between the shows should be greater or build a 2 level a 2 level garage where your parking is . remember you have small kids that unless the parent carries them, they have to walk a good distance. Also FLOOR is very very sticky where you sit. they need to do better at cleaning .

NYE at Medieval Times
Dec. 2019
We wanted to do something different for NYE this year and we are so glad we went to Medieval Times! The show is professional and entertaining. The food was filling and very very tasty. The animals are beautiful, well trained and so talented. Can't wait to come back!

Food better than expected. Too bad the sound system wasn't better. And don't go if you're allergic to horses!
Dec. 2019
Had a surprisingly enjoyable experience with a large family group over the holidays. The show was entertaining, with plenty of horse showmanship and a good number of battles that were generally well staged. There is a lot of talking in the "story", though, and that would have been fine had we not had difficultly understanding the actors over the sound system. (Surely Medieval Times, with your high prices and many instances of your castles, you can get this better!) We successfully resisted the many attempts to upgrade our experience and sell us overpriced drinks and trinkets. Families with kids will likely want to indulge in some of this, so be aware you'll spend more money once you get there. We were there at a discounted price -- it would not have been worth full price. I must add that the food was much better than we expected, which was another pleasant surprise. Large portions (1/2 a chicken!), though very salty potatoes. One pet peeve...while the tickets clearly warn that people who are allergic to horses may have a problem, this warning appears only AFTER you've paid for and downloaded the tickets. Unfortunately, one of our party had to leave the arena halfway through the show because of an allergic reaction. I urge Medieval Times to do more to warn purchasers of this BEFORE they finalize their purchase. (Another pet peeve is that there is no customer service link or other way give this feedback to Medieval Times on their website, or in the very basic survey I received afterwards.) Bottom line: entertaining family experience, that can be fun if you go in knowing it will be hokey and costly.

Fun experience!!
Dec. 2019
I had a lot of fun at Medieval Times! It was an interesting experience. They do a great job! Plus you get to eat through the whole thing and we opted for a vegetarian fare which is better. I would love if they adapt a vegan fare someday!

Fun experience
Dec. 2019 • Family
My family enjoyed the show. The meal is a half chicken, baked half a potato and corn and a small dessert. My kids didn’t love the half chicken - it didn’t resemble the chicken tenders they order everywhere we go. So be warned if yours are like mine. The show was fun and held the interest of my kids ranging ages 3.5 to 12 years. Alcohol is extra and somewhat expensive but you get to keep some novelty cups. A bit expensive over all but a fun good experience.
