I went with the intention of hiking one of trails, but ended up wandering throughout all the old buildings, which are quite neat. I guess I'll have to come back another time to explore further.

When you go to Allaire, you feel as if you are stepping back in time. Well maintained grounds and historic buildings. There are plenty of year round activites and fun things to do. Also a great learning experience. Beautiful in any season!

Interesting historic village. The staff is friendly with a wealth of information about how the village came about as well as the historical significance of the area. Photos are allowed outside, but many of the buildings, like the blacksmith shop and gift shop, do not...More

We took our grandchildren for a ride on the train. Ride was short, but our grandchildren enjoyed it. Afterwards we explored the park and the grandkids made a purchase in the small gift shop.

We ride our bikes just about every day during the summer. Quaint little village is very nice to go through and they even have an old steam engine train that the kids can ride on and a big circle.
