Nice beach but you do have to pay to get on the beach. Very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Busy in the summertime.

I love Cape May's Beach! Its always clean and you can always find a spot. You have to pay to get on, but its worth it in my opinion. There are chair and umbrella rentals available as well.

It was great fun watching the surf and looking for shells. Even though it was windy, it was a great time. We also saw the old bunker, which was awesome and leaned a little history.

Hard to believe you have to pay to visit a beach? I'd go mad if it was in at home! A nice , clean & straight bit of beach which was cool & grey on my visit but to be expected in January. I was...More

Beautiful beach with a daily charge to enter. Beach is chill as water and soft drinks are sold only. Easy going and no vendors or many distractions. I would have preferred to be able to walk out a little further in the water. Not nearly...More

Cape May beaches are clean, wide and very well kept. We bought weekly passes, because they were cheaper than just buying daily passes for 3 days. Even when I lost my badge on the last day, the checker remembered us, and let me on the...More

This is the best beach on the east coast in my opinion. Anytime of year you can stroll the beach and enjoy the beautiful water. The town is quaint and lovely with Victorian homes and plenty of cute shops.

The beaches do not close in the off season. They are not guarded so you are on your own for safety.
