This is a beautiful spa with very nice staff. The massages were great and the spa was clean and welcoming. It's inside the Congress Hotel so at first you may not think this place will be nice but it is. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of having a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Stephanie. What a wonderful therapist with fantastic technique!! Stephanie's approach and professionalism, as well as a smooth technique made this a wonderful hour and 15 minutes that I will surely schedule each time we come to Cape May.

My boyfriend scheduled me a massage and manicure as a surprise for Valentine's Weekend. I was so excited because I had never been to the spa at Congress Hall. First off, the front desk receptionist and the atmosphere was very inviting and warm. They directed me right to the locker rooms to change and then to the relaxation room. The... More

Although I was not staying at Congress Hall, I booked a massage at the Sea Spa for me and my daughter. We were both very pleased with the experience. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming and helpful. The changing room was clean and had everything you might need at your fingertips. The relaxation room included a nice assortment of fruit,... The Sea Spa and massage experience were exactly what I wanted and expected for a spa retreat. Once we checked in, we were lead to locker rooms to change and lock up our belongings in a private locker. We got to pick the soothing music we wanted during the massage. I had such a relaxing massage, I didn't want it... More

Congress Hall is a lovely place to visit, even if you don't happen to be staying at the hotel. The Sea Spa is a great choice in Cape May for spa services. I had an aromatherapy with an add-on reflexology treatment treatment and it was excellent. In season, try to book early.

I'm so glad we scheduled massages at Sea Spa! Congress Hall is such a wonderful setting and the spa creates a relaxing atmosphere. Dana did an excellent job and worked out all the knots. I also heard great feedback on Sharon. Interestingly enough, I was originally calling another spa to book massages. They wouldn't hold our appointments without a credit... More

My husband and I both got massages and I a manicure. I had Sharon, she was pleasant, kind, and accomodating with my injured neck. It was a great hour. My spouse had nothing but great things to say about Dana. Erica was fun to talk to while getting a manicure. Will definitely go sgain.

My husband scheduled a massage for me as a surprise. Neither he or I knew that you cannot get one when in first trimester of pregnancy (he did ask if I need a pre-natal massage but was told "no" it was only for 2nd and 3rd trimester) so I was booked for a regular message. The front desk attendant was... More
