Fleece and Fun for Everyone! Jersey Shore Alpacas is a small, friendly farm located in Green Creek, just north of Cape May, NJ. Our September-December 2017 schedule is - "open to the public" Saturdays and private, appointment-only tours Monday-Friday. Closed on Sundays. We'll give you some carrots to feed to our friendly 'pacas during your visit (both open days and private visits). There is no admission charge on "open days," but donations are accepted and much appreciated. You'll love meeting our curious alpacas and browsing in our shop for soft, warm alpaca clothing and cuddly toys! We also carry more than 20 different types of alpaca yarn from Blue Sky Fibers, Alpaca Yarn Company, our Coop, and farm yarn (when available). [Note: Fall Special Events are coming! National Alpaca Farm Day on Sat., Sept. 30th and our Holiday Photoshoots (Nov. 18th and Dec. 2nd) Both events are 10am-4pm. Both allow visitors to go into the pen with the female alpacas for extra fun!]

What a fun little adventure. You get to feed the alpacas as the owners tell you a little biography on each one. They're all unique. Afterwards you can shop for alpaca woven goods in the store. A great time! And it's all free (donations recommended).

I wanted my grandchildren to see something other than waves and shells and food. Thus is a pleasant ride outside the major towns. And I knit and love the yarn and the clothing offered there
