Although I didn't walk up, my husband did. Nice area around the lighthouse, good information inside. Not many lighthouses left in the area, it was to understand the workings of a lighthouse.

There are alot of steps, but the view is worth it. Go down to the beach after and you could see a dolphin.

We drive to Cape May and saw the light house. It wasn't open but we lived the area and the beaches. Great view and it was a lot of fun.

We stopped in last minute on a cold, windy saturday... what a fun piece of history! Climb the steps and see the view and experience what a lighthouse keeper would have had to do every day!

The lighthouse looked like it had been painted last week. Everything was in to notch shape. There were lots of trails to walk on. The small museum was being updated so we couldn't go in. We will return.

Thank you, Louann! We recently repainted the Lighthouse thanks to several fundraising events held over the last two years. We appreciate your visit and hope to see you again soon!

It was very windy when we went up, we got a good idea about what the lighthouse keeper had to do everyday. The view was very nice.
