Had a business meeting catered for about 100 people. Continental breakfast and buffet lunch. Food quite good, vegetables done in a creative way. Strawberries in season quite good. And who doesn't like sharks an the background?

Went as a family in late September 2018. It is a very clean a nice place, but not much to see (in my opinion). A few exhibits and a theater. The hippos are unique and that was interesting, but the shark bridge was closed. Kept...More

Always clean, always new shows available, and always interactive things for the kids to do. My son always loved the stingrays and the staff is incredibly knowledgable. We always have a great time going here and I never feel like it's the same old-same old.

Must say it’s the most kid friendly, hands on aquarium I’ve been too. Even with a large crowd, you can see all that is going on. A must see for all.

Reasonably priced. Staff is very informed when asked questions. I've been to several aquariums in the U.S. and this was more for the kids. The main tank and shark exhibits were the best. Also, have "touch" exhibits for the kids and adults if you've never...More

My kids thought Hippo Haven was the coolest thing ever considering how close they could see all the hippos through the glass. The touch & feel exhibits are very mentally stimulating for the children, and my kids loved it.

If it was just a promotion to get grandparents involved you might be ok but call and explain your situation and I would recommend talking to the general managers and get a name.

Sorry I'm late getting back to you. I guess you found out that hey are open on Sunday and you can but tickets at the door. I don't know if the one-year-old needed a ticket. I hope your family had fun!

You child is free, I purchased my ticket online. I would do the same to avoid the lines or if they are sold out, this way you are guaranteed entry.
