We bought season passes which is the best deal especially if you get it on black friday. This summer was incredible hot and having the passes made it easy to go in whenever. We were able to go a few hrs in the morning or...More

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We’re sorry your visit wasn’t better! Hot weekends in the summer are a great time to cool off at the park, but they are definitely the busiest days of the season. Due to the heat and...More

Everyone here has a really bad attitude. Customer service is not incorporated into their employee policy. I had a security guy jump in my face for no reason at all and my daughter was almost kicked out of the pool for not having her goggles...More

Ok so I’ll preface the review with the fact that I’ve been going there every year for 25 years so I’ve seen what it was and how it’s changed. 1-don’t ever pay full price. Get tickets through AAA, Groupon or at the very least the...More

We love that you had a good day at Water Country! Understandably hot weekend days are busy. If you are looking for less people and shorter lines, we recommend visiting on a weekday or an overcast day. You will find an abundance of tubes and...More

Visited last weekend with family and friends. The first problem is how they handle the huge lines before they open the gates at 10:30. There were only 2 people at the time doing bag checks for a very large crowd. Once you get past bag...More

Last year Water Country was perfect, this year not so. Every year my family buys season passes and comes at least 5 times. We show up around the time it opens and we go do most rides and leave. My biggest complaint this year is...More

Thank you for all this feedback, Katie! We tried something new with parking this year in attempt to make getting in and out of the lots easier for guests - your points are appreciated! We hope you continue to include us in your summer plans.

I am writing this from within the park on Sunday July 29th. The only thing this place does well is cramming too many people in! It’s ridiculous when two families pay almost $400 total to then have no chance of even one seat, to be...More
