Being a certified city girl, my daughter and I visited the Basin at Franconia Notch State Park this past week. While the weather was 14 degrees we bundled up nicely and made the trek. So glad I did! Amazing!!

Went here with kids aged 3-17 and it was good for all of us. Lots to see and not too diffcult. We recommend it for all ages

I did not get to the flume on this trip but there is no fee for the basin. There are signs on 93 both sides for the basis with free parking. This is a must see if you are able to
