Visited the cellar door after enjoying lunch at the restaurant. I have enjoyed various wines from this vineyard over many years and my mate and I could not return home without a few cartons of the excellent Verse 1 Shiraz to imbibe in future weeks. Well presented premises, hygienic and Covid-19 compliant, helpful knowledgeable staff. Lovely area to take a stroll after lunch or to just site and enjoy the gardens and birdlife.

We visited Brookland Valley Vineyard as part of our organised group tour. The entrance to the vineyard set the scene for a perfect couple of hours. There is a small, colonial cottage located next to the driveway which is lined with maple trees and I could only imagine visiting in the autumn would be such a colourful treat.
The car park is next to beautiful gardens and alongside a running brook.
We were seated in Flutes restaurant which is bright and airy and overlooks the lake and on a warm sunny day you can sit out in the deck and tasted 4 different wines and picked our favourite to have with lunch. The wines were all very pleasant to the palette, so the hardest decision was picking your favourite.
Lunch was divine and well worth 5 stars. The only downside is that our tour didn’t allow us enough time to relax and wander through the cellar door and gifts at our leisure.

Booked here for a late Sunday lunch. Great location. Lovely greeting on arrival. Told there were two large groups but their order had just been taken. Good menu with loads of choice. Drinks delivered promptly as well as breads and dips. 90 minutes after our order taken food arrived. And after those who had ordered after us. Tasty but overall experience not so good. Staff member did ask “was it worth the wait?” but no apology.

Had lunch organized for our bus tour here. Food was fantastic. I had lamb shanks and sticking date pudding with a local apple cider (bootleg). My wife had the shanks, cheesecake and a Cabernet Merlot.
Lovely location. Would recommend.

This vineyard was recommended by another vineyard as a great place for lunch and wine tasting and it did not disappoint. We had kangaroo for lunch with a beautiful wine to match. Appetizers and dessert were 5 star. Their French chef came personally to the table to ask if all was to our liking. It was and he was happy. The setting was serene with a nice view over a pond with ducks and geese.
Highly recommended!

We have visited this vineyard and the restaurant on a number of occasions. Took my sisters here for a quick visit and some wine tasting. Very impressed with the flora adjacent the driveway, the gardens and the vineyard itself. First time they had been to a vineyard. The ladies at the cellar sales were delightful, gave a very good synopsis on the progression of the grape from planting the vine, through harvesting, the winemaking and the eventual enjoyment of the wine itself. As skipper, I had to look on as the enjoyed the samples and then suffer the giggles all afternoon. Thank you Brookland Valley ladies for a pleasant half hour and I enjoyed my bottle of Cav Sav that night.

The drive up the driveway, beautiful. The walk to the cellar door; gorgeous with blue birds scouting around. The building its self if silent and soulless. And the staff were less than polite and friendly to the point if we had one drink and walked out. I would suggest having a wonder around the grounds. Also look out for the speed bumps.

The Flute Restaurant is within the vineyard with free tasting. The vineyard has a nice garden with a lake view.
