I've gambled at the bonanza many times over the years. This is one of those little casinos with good restaurants, 3 dollar blackjack and usually a younger crowd since it's just north of the UNR campus. I had a pleasant time up until it was about time to leave. the cashier had given my wife and I two free drink... More

Stopped for lunch - light volume of customers. Typical casino type coffee shop menu - prices below those downtown Good service by slightly older lady - support kids busy talking with each other

I rated this place as average because of it being a locals place and they're not out to impress anyone. We went to the coffee shop inside of the casino. I must warn people if you have a breathing or lung medical problem don't go because the minute you open the casino door the stench of smoke is awful and... More

The dinner deals are good. The steakhouse is one of the best in the area. I love how clean and well maintained the whole place is. Its always busy and the staff seem to really like working there which is a big plus.

Our server (Laurie B.) was outstanding. She is friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. A true and loyal employee, who made such a positive impact on use, we thought is worth mentioning her by name.

I live within a 5 minute drive from this casino so it pains me greatly to write this. I desperately want to support local businesses and feel the pride of having visitors come and enjoy themselves. Unfortunately Bonanza is not an establishment that in good conscious I feel I can do this. The finest restaurant food has turned to mediocre... More

I am a local and don't have a lot of spare cash for gambling. That means that when I do want to throw some dice or play a little blackjack, I don't want to do it for $25 a hand. Bonanza Casino is a neighborhood place that has a good atmosphere and generally low table stakes. You can play for... More

When we visit Reno we always have to have breakfast on our last day at the Branding Iron just for their french toast! My friend says it is The best she has ever had anywhere in the usa. That toast is covered with fresh berries, whipped cream piled high. I recommend the chicken fried steak and eggs for those conventual... More

What a strange and impersonal little place. It was better when it was lower rent, before the remodel, because they tried harder to please their customers. And, they don't allow kids in their restaurant?? In Reno?? What??

Nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are good but the menu like the salad bar is anemic. OK for a quick meal
