We recently visited this past weekend in February. The morning was not to cold around 9 and the sun was not beaming down on you just yet. A group of us decided to go for a morning walk / run. The trail was not to bumpy and there wasn't to many people out at that time. Scenery was nice which... More

While on a "staycation" (we live across the river in AZ), we decided to check this place out. We went in via Davis Dam Road off 163 (labeled Pyramid Canyon Park & Trails). There's a lot to do down there - equestrian trails, fishing piers, playground/splashpad, grassy area, paved walkway along the river, non-motorized boat launch, picnic pavillions. It seems... More

I have been waiting for something like this for many years. To be able to take a walk away from the casinos and along the river is a great joy. This is an idea place to take a morning jog, bike ride, or a walk. While some may say that there is nothing to see, one must understand the desert... More

We have hiked this trail from the main parking lot at the south end trail head out to Davis Dam and back several times. It's best to walk early in the day before it gets too hot. There are some beautiful views of the river and surrounding countryside to be had. The trail itself is paved and in good condition.

When we come to Laughlin, we always just had the Riverwalk for the Colorado River view when walking. This path is way more enjoyable and less crowded than walking behind the casinos. We drove down from the Harrah's casino and parked in the lot by the visitor center, at the base of the bridge crossing Hwy163. From there you start... More

An easy flat trail which I started from just up from the visitor center, from a recommendation from the two extremely helpful and knowledgeable ladies in there. It's just over 2 miles one way to the dam. If you want to walk extra, the "horseshoe trail" takes you on a more rugged hike ( wear hiking shoes),and there's also an... More
