Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My 86-year-old mother and I stayed at the Bally’s during our weekend vacation in Las Vegas last March 2020, a week before the COVID lockdown while the city was still fully lit up and all restaurants operational. It was fortunate that right beside the hotel was the Grand Bazaar Shops, with its numerous restaurants, souvenir shops, candy store, bars and other miscellaneous stores. We did not have to go far to buy our meals, snacks, drinks, desserts, and of course, souvenirs. There was even a pharmacy/supermarket few steps away. We were able to try the Blue Ribbons Fried Chicken, Ramen-Ya, Dirt Dog, Golden Puffs, Ben and Jerry’s, IT’SUGAR, and Island Time Floats, among others. In the evening, it’s fun to just walk around in the area while enjoying the iconic lights of the Strip and the scenic fountain show of the Bellagio at the other side of the road.

Most of the Casino-Resort-Hotels have acres in front of the entrance dedicated to their theming in almost a front lawn ornaments kind of way. For Bally’s it’s rows of small structures containing a variety of shopping and eating options. It really is nothing proprietary or exceedingly special. Highlights I saw were a candy shop and a few recognizable restaurants near the back. It worth a walk about when touring down the strip or heading into Bally’s but not something you make your destination.

Most of the stores are either shuttered or "coming soon" so there was not much to see there.
There was a Havaiianas shop, but we saw one that looked bigger and nicer over at the Flamingo near In and Out burger.
Bally's and the shops just kind of look tired and rundown compared to many other places in Vegas.

This is Vegas' new outdoor mini strip mall. Vendor shops are super tiny and most sell useless things. The two popular brands I saw was Superdry and the Honolulu Cookie Company. It seems as if this strip mall is weirdly situated... And it's appearance is not very appealing. They're built right in front of a massive Starbucks and the soon-to-be-open Wahlburgers. I'd much rather go to an actually mall or the outlet instead. Nothing there is worth buying in my opinion. I think it might be good if you want to have a quick bite. I saw that there is a Turkish ice cream shop, a ramen place and a sushi burrito place.

Nothing to see here folks. This is a really shocking site on the Las Vegas strip. Very basic, crass, garish @ badly laid out shops. Unfortunately it’s right next to the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the Bellagio fountains. A real eyesore and I hope that they rip it down. If Caesars entertainment wants more shopping in this site I would highly recommend they do something similar to miracle miles at planet Hollywood.

Wow, the wife and I also loved this shopping experience! The variety of shops was great to keep our interest in shopping going forward. Lot's to do and see aside from just shipping also......

These guys hassle every tourist walking past their sales trap outlet. Such a pain to deal with and it’s no wonder that the Grand Bazaar Shops are lacking customers when they have to resort to allowing these types into their area. Avoid
