Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We (married couple) just returned from a 5 day trip to Vegas that included 4 nightclubs. Each unique with their own personality however Omnia won in our stack ranking for several reasons. A. It wasn't overly crowded B. They have a phenomenal sound system C. They had 3 DJ's that were all great D. The lighting is second to none. We had an awesome night and would have stayed until close but the Mrs. said her feet were on fire from her fancy shoes.
Important stuff:
We arrived 15 minutes before the club opened on a Friday night and were 3rd in line. We purchased tickets to minimize the time we spent in line (because I don't like lines) and we didn't wait longer than 3 minutes once they opened the doors.
We were treated great by all of the staff and will definitely be back later this year.
My only complaints:
Toward 2A, they did crank the volume louder and my Apple Watch told me that I would have hearing loss if I continued to be exposed to noise at that level. Of the 4 night clubs we visited, Omnia was the only nightclub determined to damage my hearing. If you think this may bother you, I'd suggest bringing earplugs for later in the night. Then again, if you are partying properly you might not care.
We were there for Valentine's day and Heart of Omnia & the Terrace were both closed. Only the main room was accessible which was unfortunate. I think being able to go into a different area for a little one to slow down and relax would have made for a better experience.
Either way, we love this place and can't wait to go back.
Do not skip Omnia. Don't be a spectator, Go and party hard!

Another Stunning night at Omnia this past month. Energy is unbelievable in the club you just have to go and experience it. Just there again two weeks earlier on a Tuesday night. Whole different scene on a Friday night then on a Tuesday night. See last review for Tuesday night. General admission for no delay entry is $160 each for me and my girlfriend. O.K. $320 price to dance. Hit all the good dance steps, pin drop, spin down shuffle, others, thank you Mihran. Much larger crowd on a Friday and hard to move around. Big name EDM artist Friday night, IILenium. Dancing was great, drinks were great, my favorite Waitress bartender is back and still as beautiful as ever. So very happy to see her. She makes the best drinks. Yes, cost is $30 a drink on a Friday night and well just tip the change. When you are my age, it really won’t matter. She is located up behind the main floor, treat her well. Again, dance floor crowds up in the first hour. A lot of people just on the floor not necessarily to dance but just there to watch the artist and take in the chandelier and light show. Go on a Tuesday night for more room to dance. Hip hop room is good but also very crowded with a whole different vibe. When you come from the energy of the main EDM room into the hip hop room could be a letdown. The terrace is nice to cool off but is also very crowded. Bouncers were nice, did their job well. The only place I have found to sit in Omnia unless you have a table; is on the left side facing the main EDM stage, there are some shelve like area built into the wall, space only for 5-6 people. Stayed only four hours (girlfriend was tried) as we were out on Thursday dancing all night at Hakkasan’s. Let me say; Omnia is open for dancing, my favorite waitress is back and another Stunning time!!

A contemptible company that oversold concert tickets for memorial weekend 2022, denied my girlfriend and I entry claiming they were “at capacity” and that it would represent a “fire hazard,” had nobody onsite to issue a refund, and then retrospectively denied that anything was wrong. Hakkasan Group's “customer service” has a real nerve to try to tell me the concert was not at capacity when I was the one physically there who was turned away at the door of Omnia.
Exploiting revenue from honest customers beyond the many people you later oversold tickets to at the door (who actually got to enjoy the event) is not cool. If you start looking, you'll see other posts here about Omnia overselling tickets.
I hope Hakkasan Group really savors the $100 they involuntarily took from us (offering literally nothing in return) because they won’t be getting any more from what could have otherwise been lifelong customers at their 60+ venues/restaurants. Poor customer service response and ultimately, poor business judgement as well.

Serious safety incident
May 2022 • Friends
Within ten minutes of being here, I had one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life. I’m writing this as a caution for other women. While some of the bouncers ended up being helpful, one of the bouncers groped me. I was in between many people who were trying to get by but we all ended up getting jammed because this particular bouncer decided to block us. All of a sudden the bouncer grabbed my rib and chest and pushed me. I was in a bikini top. When I told him to not grab me in that inappropriate manner, he threatened to kick me out if I said another word. He then proceeded to harassing, yelling, shoving and continued threatening to kick me out. After everybody saw what he was doing, they helped me get out and I was able to leave the stampede.

I have attended this nightclub to see Calvin Harris in 2017 (no issues, was overpriced but O.K).
However, having just left mid way though my favourite DJ (Martin Garrix) I can safely say this club has changed drastically.
No common sense or restrictions put on the amount of people allowed in. I'm a pretty easy going lad, I've done festivals and gigs all over the world but for an organised (and very expensive) club I dont expect to be penned in for 40 plus minutes shoulder to shoulder just to get an elevator?? Down to the main flour as the stair case is unsafe??
Absolutely unsafe. Had my watch nicked during this period of not being able to move (not massively fussed about this, it happens, but principle wise this wouldn't have happened if far excessive amount of people hadn't been allowed in).
I get it. COVID. Trying to recoup money maybe? But at the expense of safely, no, not good.
As a music lovely genuinely there to see Martin Garrix and not for the status of it I left 10 mins in.
Don't bother. Probably the worse experience I've had in a music venue.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your security personnel, Sean (see picture). During my recent visit to Omnia in Las Vegas. As a patron of your establishment and a loyal customer, I was appalled by the treatment I received from Sean on March 16, 2024.
Upon attempting to return to our reserved booth, which my party had paid a considerable amount for, I encountered Sean who proceeded to treat me as if I were a criminal. Despite doing nothing wrong, Sean approached me with hostility and rudeness, completely disregarding my rights as a paying customer. Not only did he unjustly accuse me of wrongdoing, but he also confiscated my ID without proper cause or explanation. He made me leave my paid booth and claimed I was a "problem" for no reason. They had closed the ropes off by then, but all the rest of my party was still there.
It is deeply disappointing to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially by someone who represents your establishment. As a grown woman, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, particularly in a venue where I am a valued customer. Sean's behavior was not only unprofessional but also entirely unacceptable.
It is evident that Sean is in the wrong line of work if he cannot conduct himself appropriately and respectfully towards patrons. His actions reflect poorly on the reputation of Omnia and undermine the positive experience that you strive to provide to your customers.
I intend to follow up on this matter with corporate, HR, and the casino management to ensure that appropriate action is taken. Furthermore, I will be sharing my experience on platforms such as Yelp, Google reviews, and the Taos Group, to alert others to the unprofessional conduct they may encounter at Omnia.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. As a valued customer, I expect nothing less than a sincere apology and reassurance that steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We had a blast at Omnia. Great location on strip with good headliners for the most part. Dance floor gets packed as the night goes on and they limit people from going on. so if your heart is set on being up close and personal with your favorite artist get down there early for a spot !

I’ve been a few times to Omnia, it’s a place that my friends like to go, as not much else happening on a Tuesday night and over the years have seen some great DJs there but the service has always been less than you’d expect for the admission or table price.
I had a table booked for 10 of us with a 4K minimum spend.
When we arrived to the table reservation sign at the front, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then we had to wait a further 10 minutes in another queue while our I.Ds were checked. Eventually we get shown to our table, it’s a great location. The way the club is set out, most tables are good spots and get a good view of everything going on.
They were short staffed the night we went, or at least it appeared that way and I understand that, it happens. They had an event in the other room and think it was busier than they expected. Anyway, what I don’t understand is and really hate. Is in omnia they make you pay everything up front including the tip.
They used to give you an option on the different percentages but this time charged 20% upfront and the service wasn’t worth that from the waitresses. Long periods where we didn’t see anyone, so couldn’t order anything else and no theatre at all when bottles coming out but DJ was good and lights are pretty impressive.
No other club makes you pay up front, they normally just hold on to your credit card and ID and you pay at the end. I actually don’t mind paying up front but not the tip, that should be at the end.
I won’t be going back, there are better clubs to go too. Marquee and Zouk to name two.

Very expensive to get in and the drink prices are ridiculous. My son purchased 2 Bud Lights for $17 a piece and their premiere drink, which looked like a hurricane, cost $63. We came to see Armin Van Buuren so we waited for his act, which started at 1:30 AM. I assumed it was GREAT, but almost everyone in the VIP section was standing on their tables so we couldn't see or video anything. That place is a waste of money. Go somewhere that is more designed for crowds and is more affordable. That place is designed to suck as much money out of you as it can for a terrible experience.
