Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First of all, everything is crazy expensive. For 15 Hershey Kisses from the Kisses wall it was literally $15. Second, we bought two cupcakes from the bakery. Also very expensive, $15 for the two. However, they were so stale they were rock hard. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was hard to bite into it. Never going back.

P8642LZbrookes: Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to Hershey's Chocolate World Las Vegas. We pride our selves on delivering a world class experience. I'm sorry to see we fell short of that standard. Our bulk confection is sold by weight, $3.99 a quarter pound. Fifteen Kisses would typically weigh approximately .0165 lbs. There may have been an error on your transaction. Please reach out to me directly at Kerrim@chocmagic.com. I am more than happy to refund your bulk and cupcake purchase. Warmest regards, Kerri M

Due to an anonymous "person" "flagging" my last review for some kind of objectionable content, I deleted the controversial review and am submitting one that is perhaps less objectionable to my anonymous "admirer". Hershey's Chocolate World is nothing other than an overpriced, branded store. If you purchase, as we did, any item you can purchase in a grocery store you will overpay by a ridiculous percentage. The items in the bakery cases are inferior to anything I can make in my kitchen. Those serving those being ripped off have no personality or customer service skills.

We visited Hershey’s Chocolate world in March in the New York New York casino. As usual you can find a multitude of Hershey’s products you can’t find elsewhere. It’s a smaller version of Chocolate World at the Hershey’s Headquarters in Hershey PA but it is still expansive. The staff is helpful and friendly, the products are relatively reasonably priced considering that it is chocolate and the location on the Strip is convenient. No visit to Las Vegas is complete without a trip to Hershey’s Chocolate World.

We stayed at New York New York and this is located in that hotel and casino. There are two levels, but the second level is mostly clothes and a little candy. I am a chocolate lover and had high expectations. There were good desserts (a little pricey) behind the counter, but the chocolate choices were no different than I could buy at Walmart which was disappointing. In fact, we can buy Hershey drops at our Walmart and this store did not even have those. The majority of the location is clothes and miscellaneous Hershey stamped items. My rating would be higher if they had a larger and more diverse selection of chocolate candy.

I like going into the store and seeing all the products (perhaps buying one or two candies). I just like how well-themed it is. You can find stuff you don't know you need (like candles scented with chocolate). Now, it is a store so perhaps don't expect a full-on attraction (like a museum, rides, landmarks, etc) but do expect a fun time browsing around. And lean into the excess of it all.

It's really just a big chocolate store. That's it. There's not really anything special about it, you there's no museum or history or anything about how chocolate is made or making your own candy bar or any of that type of stuff. Just a store.

This was a pretty neat place to visit. The chocolate Statue of Liberty was cool, and the milkshakes were amazing! The cookies were ok. The service was horrible! The kid who waited on me was so busy talking to his friends that I literally had to stand there and wait for them to finish their conversation before I could place an order. Management seriously needs to address this (if they even care).

Purchased 4 of the cookies for $5 bucks a pop. They looked delicious but in fact were old and stale. And service sucked ,the young kid was too busy talking to friends and was pretty rude when he was interrupted to do a job. Over all looking around was great but I could never bring myself to purchase 8 ounces of anything for almost $20 bucks.

So much chocolate of every kind! They even have exclusive chocolate flavors. There is a wall of Reese's flavors and a wall of Kisses flavors. We tried their brownie sandwich and chocolate cookie sandwich. They were a little pricey, but both were really big--enough to eat over three days.

This is a fun place to visit. It was neat to see the Statue of Liberty made out of Twizzlers and again in chocolate. They had some fun products but really needed to restock or fix their wall of candies. A lot of the dispensers were either empty or not working. I appreciated that there was no line to get in (unlike some of the other places we visited). They also offer baked goods (we tried a Reese's cookie) that you can purchase at the check out counter. This was a little confusing because there weren't signs telling you this so you might think you can stand at the counter to order (but really they will only take your order as you are checking out).
