We had an 8pm reservation. Got there at 7:50, waited in line for 90 minutes just to get to the base of the stairs. We were told it would be another 90 minutes until we made it to the top so we cut our losses and left. Why have a reservation if they can't accommodate you anywhere close to the time of the reservation? After being told that we wouldn’t be able to fly until 3 hours after our reservation, they told us there would be a fee to change the reservation to the next day. Don't waste your time.…

I was supposed to visit Vegas in April 2020 and do the zip line but my holiday was cancelled due to covid. Have tried countless times to contact by telephone (PAID EXTRA ON PHONE BILLS AS CALLING FROM THE UK) and email but never no response to my calls, voicemails or emails in regards to a refund!!! Don’t book in advance! Awful customer service whilst we are in a pandemic 😡 Robbing people’s money in a pandemic, I work hard in the NHS for my money, only for awful companies like this to take your money! My wife and I love zip lines. We do it almost everywhere we go. But we had never done one where we laid down like Superman. It was great! You ride up to the tallest part of the building lay on a mat that rises to the platform doors. The doors open and you roll out! I went so fast it was hard to take it all in but I did my best and couldn’t stop hollering for joy and smiling. Great experience. …

We booked tickets online- it was pretty busy so book early. We ended up at 1120 and with 3 kids that was a little late. Also dress appropriately cause it was cold this time of year. The kids however had a “magical” experience was the teens description. Awesome was the preteens words. We got the photo package also and there was a lot of good ones in it. Worth the extra 10$ each. …
