Such a long ride to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We had to meet our coach at 6:15am at the Monte Carlo. We could have started a bit earlier but unfortunately the people who were supposed to be picked up at MGM were running late, so we had to wait in the coach for at least 15-20 minutes.... More

Hi Wendy, Thanks for the nice review of your day with Gray Line going to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We are happy you enjoyed the trip and, of course, the Grand Canyon is simply awe-inspiring particularly at the South Rim where its at its widest and deepest. .We were staying at Harrah's and were first to be picked up at 6am for a 7.30 start to the tour to the Grand Canyon. The bus picked up from a number of hotels and we were finally dropped at the Grays depot so the group could be divided into those going to the South and West rims. We then... More

Had to meet the coach at 6am only to be told we were not on our way but going to the the depot to change coaches after collecting other clients from two more Hotels. 45minutes later after a series of up selling options. A very long day with milatery timed scheduled. We felt the long drive was not worth the... More

Dear TimeTraveler1st, Thank you for being a Gray Line customer, giving us a 4 star rating and providing very valuable feedback. A day trip to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon does make for a very long day as it is over 570 miles round trip from Las Vegas, which is the closest major city to the South Rim.... More

You driver was very professional He made our trip so enjoyable. He had a travel plan from start to finish. So very personable you would think he was family. Thank you for his services and hope that we could be his guest again in the future. Dale Medford and Anita Looney.

We were in Vegas for the national team bowling event and we booked the Gray Line tour to Hoover Dam. Jeff was our driver and he was wonderful! We loved the recording of interesting facts on the way to and from and Jeff made sure we were well taken care of along the way. We will definitely take another Gray... More

As others have posted, this was a full day. I'd say that when I booked I wasn't totally clear what was included food wise. Breakfast isn't , lunch is, and they don't give you a bottle of water (not sure why I thought they did). Was impressed to get a phone call at 5am reminding me to get up, but... More

Dear love2traveluk, Thanks for your nice post about your West Rim Grand Canyon experience with Gray Line. We really appreciate the kind words your had for our driver/guide Tommy. We were picked up at 6.30 am, 15 minutes late, which is understandable as the bus probably had pickups at several hotels. However we were then taken to the Grayline Depot and after waiting for over 40 minutes entered the building and asked if we wanted Helicopter Flights or Pink Jeep Tours. We eventually left at 7.35 am. In conclusion... More

We used Gray Line Tours for trips to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Trips were basically well organized; they pick you up at your Hotel or Timeshare (this might take a while depending on the number of stops), then escort you to their main facility (drinks nod snacks available). From there you board a bus for your excursion. It's... More
