Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I booked this event for 7 people to celebrate my daughter’s 2st birthday. I paid extra for what they called VIP seating. What a bunch of crap. We were sat far left of the stage and when I asked if that was the VIP seating, I was told yes. Well when the first guy got up there he told people sitting in the back and other random seats to move up to the open seats in front of the stage. I paid extra and people from the back got a nice up front seat in front of the stage. This place is nothing more than a small movie theatre. The venue is in a mall like complex. You were allowed to bring in drinks from a “bar” outside of the venue and that was the only place the drinks could come from. There were several other places that we could have gotten drinks from that were reasonable but you couldn’t bring them in. There entire show lasted about 55 minutes, period. There were 2 comedians, that’s all. Unless you are really hard up for something to do, then this is the place for you.

Where to begin… the show started late because the theatre wouldn’t seat anyone until they took pictures of everyone. We were ushered to the bar area to wait only to be ushered back to the theatre at 9:10 pm. The show was supposed to start at 9. The theatre then started sound checks at 9:15 pm. I found the host to be extremely vulgar and the first headliner was just as bad. The last comedian had moments that made me laugh but overall, this was one of the worst shows I’ve ever seen. The theatre is also hardly what I’d call a theatre. It’s dark and dingy with only 5 rows of seats. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is terrible.

It was a waste of time. I think it was only enjoyable to people who have been drinking. Opener doesn't like it your not enjoying their comedy, they don't hesitate to point you/your group out. It's very disappointing. Should we fake laughter to make them feel better so they can leave us alone?

We'd been looking forward to this, but hadn't expected quite such a retro experience. Stoner jokes were sub Cheech and Chong quality, most of the jokes were stale and we'd heard them years ago, and it's really never a good sign when a comedian laughs at his own humour. We always thought US comedy was cutting edge but this was lazy. Do people in the US still refer to "handicapped people"? In 2019? Really? And if you're going to use racial stereotypes in your act, you need to do it with some intelligence and wit. Do people in the US still like to hear "wife" jokes? We got bored of those 40 years ago. The elephant in the room went by unnoticed - no mention of Trump at all, so an opportunity missed there (were they fearful of offending people? Not very cutting edge!) On the way in, we were forced to stand for photos. When we questioned this we were told "It's part of the show ma'am." It wasn't, but judging by the credit card machine waiting for us on our exit, it was a sleazy attempt to squeeze even more money out of the already short-changed punters. Now we understand why all your best comedians are over here in the UK.

We see Edwin SanJuan at the Las Vegas Live Comedy Club every year and loved it. He’s a great comedian and very personable, ensuring there are plenty of meet and greet opportunities at the end of the show.
As far as the comedy club itself, it’s great! Ticket prices are reasonable, staff is great and getting in and seated is painless. The only drawback is the distance of the club from the LV Strip entrance. If your parking in the parking garage it is very conveniently located however. I encourage those who have difficulty walking to use this parking area instead of walking through all the retail areas to get to the theater.
If visiting Vegas stop by and check out an act!

This show was horrible at best. The place is dingy and old and looks like a fire trap. Saw 3 comics and each was worse than the last. Only about 25 people in a room that holds 100. I was falling asleep. Do not waste your money here. Spend a little more and go see a quality show.

This is an adult comedy hour+ that had me laughing until I cried. The young man that opened was super funny and he should have some more time. Then came the headliner, Edwin. This is raunchy non-political correct comedy so if you might be offended, don't go and complain. Hilarious, entertaining. We were moved from rear to 2nd row, which was very kind. My only beef was that he tells a story of being handcuffed then shows the video. Maybe just give a quick preview then show the footage. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS.

To be honest this show is more suited to the American sense of humour .. we travelled from UK (Newcastle) and love stand up comedy but this show was not funny one bit ! Fella who opened seemed to of been picked from audience and only 1 act was on the entire show . He seemed to be regular from the Philippines and seemed a nice fella but sadly a didn’t find him that funny. Show defo suited to US guests.

Maybe 10% of the show was really funny. The rest was chuckles or discomfort. Really wanted to enjoy but these comedians are 3rd rate.

is there food available? drinks? price range?

I was in VIP seating and there was no waitress service. Drinks ($12 - $15) are available at the bar to take in with you. I do not recall any food being available.
