Waited over 45mins for our shuttle. We weren't informed of wait times, nor was the driver apologetic when he arrived. He was rude, frustrated, allowed passengers to ride without valid tickets and threw our luggage around. Terrible service- NOT RECOMMENDEDMore

Sitting is the shuttle for 20min. Only after an 1hr 20min wait in line. Dont waste your money or your time. Slow start to a Vegas getaway. Plus we"re gettin hangry
