About
Be whisked away by Cirque Du Soleil’s 'O', an aquatic and acrobatic extravaganza at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. This surreal and theatrical show features acrobats, synchronized swimmers and divers performing emotive and death-defying acts in the water and on floating rafts, suspended steel ships, and 60-foot platforms. The first few rows are the designated splash zone, so you might want to bring a waterproof jacket if you want to stay dry. Get a regular ticket, or treat yourself to the V.I.P. Experience, which includes suite seats, an exclusive meet and greet, champagne, and a guided tour. – Tripadvisor

There is no one connecting story nor theme to this show, too big a stage and too few performers. I watched many Cirques shows and consider myself a Cirque fan. I have never been disappointed until now. The mimes are NOT funny at all. And it is truly showing it’s age. Also, selling potato chips and popcorn for the customer to enjoy during the shows shows no respect for the performers. I don’t spend $300 on tickets to have my experience ruined by my neighbor that goes “CHOMP, CHOMP, CHOMP!!!” Not even a way less expensive show like Blue Men Group does that! Bellagio, are you that hard up on cash?? Just think, Do people spend Opera money to be disturbed by their neighbor?
The show really needed to revamp it’s performance, and a desperately needed update. Or just close down this program.

This show was incredible. The amazing talents of these people was truly awe inspiring. However when i've spent $280 on tickets I expect longer than just over an hour of a show. When it ended I thought it must be the interval but no it had actually finished. No value for money. Tournament of Kings at Excalibur was a third of the price, longer and a lot more fun, do that instead.

What a rip off. It was a skeleton crew performance with very little acrobatics. Save your money until they hire more people. I’m watching the trailers again on YouTube from 8 years ago, and there are like 50% more people. We paid about $200/person after tax. Save your money for the slots or gambling—you’ll at least get more of an adrenaline rush there.

I was sitting in section 143, row F, seat 19, for reference.

In comparison, I’ve seen 2 other cirque du solei shows in Atlanta, GA for a quarter of the price, and been left more wowed by far. More the atheticism, artistry, and bravery! Oh! And the music—we’ve had some amazing singers and musicians there—where we actually purchased the music cds.

My husband and I bought tickets to the 7 pm tickets.

Maybe the early show the performers aren’t out?

The show was nice but not truly spectacular. The Arena space...was cramped. Seat are tiny.nonleg room. Snacks and drinks available at counter, but no cup holder for the huge Pepsi paper cups ..so hold on while being cramped up ..without spilling..everybody left leaving such a mess.no space for anybody to hop into the middle seats without the entire row to step out first.professional and on time.well coordinated and excellent security and usherers.nice for kids. Few air acts and some jumpers and some comic. Just too expensive for a family for 2 hours of entertainerment of average acrobatics.we have seen much better shows for money's worth all around the world. This evening didn't quite leave a mark!

I have wanted to see this show for many years. Cirque shows can be a bit hit and miss, as at times they can be pretentious and the shows with songs end up being a bit ponderous.

O is unlike any other and I do not want to ruin too much about it here. Once you enter the theatre and sit down, be prepared to be transported. You are taken to a place filled with water and the effect is completely stunning.

The cast are all excellent and the stage sets are grandiose and you cannot take your eyes off the stage.

Sure, the show does not make much sense. But in terms of uniqueness and beauty, O is a show which stuns throughout the running time. Unmissable!

The Bellagio's theatre (where O was performed) is very grand. Each row of the seats are raised, so the view is not necessarily bad at the back. I'd recommend seats in the middle section for the O show. We had seats on the side & sometimes can't see the show very well despite being in the 2nd row.

The set of the O show is amazing. The technicians have a very important role as their mistakes could cause major injury to the performers. The performers are good and the show could be better if there is a story line

I was really disappointed by this show. I love CDS and have seen 5-6 of their shows over the years, but this was by far the worst one. The only impressive part was the stage that turns into a pool. That is quite a feat of engineering, but then they totally wasted it. The choreography and acrobatics were poor. The random "whimsical" characters added nothing, the clowns were boring, there was no theme or story (not that there usually is, but this was totally random), music was dull. The only interesting act was diving from the swings, and the contortionists (which had nothing to do with water). I assume that people who give this show good reviews had never seen other CDS productions, or La Reve (saw this year's ago and still remember how great it was).

It was amazing, charming. Decors , performers are spectacular..
But I am so sad , because end of the show there is a terrible accident. I wish the performer is ok..I felt my self so guilty to buy the tickets which made them forced to perform more dangerous performance to attract people to buy the ticket..They are performing as they are serving their life..

It is one of the best shows that I have seen. Unfortunately there was an accident due to which there was a delay but the team managed it very professionally and after a short break continued with the remaining part of the show.
The acrobats were very entertaining and the set was out of this world. Well done Cirque de Soleil

My review title says it all. This show is just plain weird. It was a visual marvel, to be sure. But I was expecting some kind of storyline. A plot. Anything to capture my heart, and not just simply overwhelm my senses. Nope. It’s a lot of flipping, diving, contorting, swimming, and other physical acts but there was no storyline to behold. If you are looking for a show just to see and be mesmerized by its appearance and physical prowess, then this one is for you. If your looking for something to dazzle the senses AND to use your brain and be entertained, then skip it. I’m glad I went so that I can say I’ve seen “O”, but I won’t waste my money in a second showing.
