The Mob Museum provides a world-class, interactive journey through true stories. From the birth of the Mob, to today's headlines. Shadows and whispers. G-Men and Made Men. Whether you like it or not, this is American history. The Mob Museum is a three-story experience, with guests beginning on the third floor of the Museum. The third floor covers immigration of various cultures into the United States in the late 1800s, the rise of organized crime during Prohibition, and how organized crime spread across the country. Guests then work their way down to the second floor, where they learn about the Mob in Las Vegas and begin to see the efforts law enforcement took in the mid-1900s to bring down organized crime. To complete the visit, guests end on the first floor, where they begin to see modern examples of organized crime and the technological advancements law enforcement made in order to capture evasive mobsters. The Museum's collection includes over 1,000 artifacts, and real stories are brought to life with engaging, multi-sensory exhibits and unparalleled insights from those on the front lines of both sides of the battle. The Mob Museum offers a provocative, contemporary look at this fascinating topic through hundreds of artifacts and immersive storylines. We bring Mob stories to life so completely, you'll feel like you're part of them. But hey-you didn't hear it from us.

Interesting building. decent way to kill a n hour or two. If you're a mafia movie history buff-- you'll already know most of what's presented here.Doesn't really focus on the mob specific to Vegas--but gangsterism in general. Enjoyed the courtroom and the docents talk on...More

Pros- Friendly staff, no wait, not crowded, close to Fremont Experience, good connection to the mob and history of Las Vegas. I gave 3 stars because for the price I felt there should've been more historical information (e.g. I saw no mention of Elliott Ness,...More

The museum has so many interesting stories and artifacts. It is laid out very well and took us about 90 minutes to go through. The building itself is full of history on its own. My teens even enjoyed it. A must see place!

If you take the open top bus tour you will get discount on the entrance fee. This place is a interesting way to spend an afternoon. It has some great exhibits and insite to the early days of Las Vegas and its mob connections.

You think you know about the mob and Las Vegas, but the Mob Museum will prove you wrong. Its inside the original Las Vegas courthouse, which in itself makes the experience very cool. They have packed this 3 story building full of mob history, and...More
