My husband and I visit Vegas annually. We were able to make it to Ricks this time and were sadly disappointed. The shop and the craftsmanship is impressive and for $5 a person, you can do a tour, which we did. As neat as it was to see the shop, what stands out the most was being completely ignored by... Key words you used "the tour was in progress". I try not to distract the tour guide while they are explaining the restoration process. The true fans love that we give that experience and the other shops don't, you walk in a circle not knowing what you're looking at. We do appreciate that you stopped by while you were in... More

I used to watch the show and I am a fan of their work. They are perfectionists that do superior quality work. They charge for their tour, unlike Counts Kustoms or the Pawn Stars shop. It wasn't worth the time to attend there.

We appreciate you stopping by our shop. Yes, we do charge for a tour that is guided by one of our staff that is more than happy to explain the process of restoration from start to finish. Pawn Stars and Counts Kustoms do not provide that service. More

Fun visit, but not much going on. Tour is very short. Lots of restored and unrestored antiques on display. Several items from the TV series also on display (thought these were done for the individuals that paid for them on the show - evidently that's not the case). Tour is inexpensive - $5.00 per person. Seems to start on the... More

One of the shows that I love watching when it was on TV. Location was easy to find and it was pretty cool that you could actually tour the shop. Although not a ton to see, there were many items that were on the show. The fit and finish of the restoration items are top notch and I'd love to... More

We went here to see the place and ended getting here right in time for the shop tour. Was $5 per person and free to locals. The tour was very informational and the lady was polite. She answered all the questions and we were able to see Rick and the crew!!

We stopped here as part of another tour and there were some interesting restored items (beautiful work) but less than expected. About half items and half gift store. Skip unless you loved the show.

( Vegas 2014) we went on the tour that included the pawn stars, counts kustoms, Tanked , ultimate sports cards, and Anthony the toy mans place! It was one of the best days in Vegas that I have ever had hands down! ( been to Vegas 4 times, 28 days) when we got to Ricks we went and got our... More

Thanks Bobbie for your review! We offer a tour that nobody else does in Vegas. You don't get to see the guys working at any other shop, nor do you get to see the main stars of the show like Rick Harrison or Danny from Counting Cars. Please visit us again! More

It was an ok experience. A bit cheesy but we enjoyed it. It was quick tour of the shop looking through windows while the crew worked. Miss the show.

I was on a tour and this was one of the places that we went too. The staff was very informative and social. I got to meet Rick Dale and you couldn't ask to meet a nicer person. I recommend going here.
