I stayed at Treasure Island with my family, which consisted of eleven adults and seven children. In the parking garage of this establishment, the sign read, "only oversized vehicle parking.” However, there were motorcycles and sedans parked everywhere anyway. I called the staff personnel to see if they could help us by having someone remove their sedans from oversized parking, but the representative stated that they could not do anything. After a long argument, we asked for the manager. She arrived and we explained the situation. She said, “We can not remove anyone’s small vehicles or motorcycles, even though the sign says oversized vehicles only. You could go and park at the Mirage, which is the hotel next door. You will have to pay them for parking." I asked, “Why would we go and park there if we are staying here? If we wanted to park there we would stay there." She responded, saying,"You don’t have to stay here.” I could not believe this response was coming from the manager. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of this poor customer service; rather than making any effort to resolve the problem, the hotel manager simply told the customers to leave and go somewhere else.

While in Vegas, my friend and I decided to venture away from the hotel that we were staying at and try our luck at another casino. TI was close so we walked over. Besides my friend and me, I think we maybe saw 5 other people in the casino. I think it may have had something to do with the fact that amidst the pandemic people have come to expect a level of cleanliness and disinfecting that TI was nowhere near. While my friend and were gambling at machines we never saw anyone walking around disinfecting after someone had used a machine. We also only saw one hand sanitizer station near the front door. When we went to the restroom it was out of paper towels. Needless to say we were in and out pretty quick upon realizing the lack of cleanliness during this heightened time. We also noticed that a lot of the machines that were turned on were actually broken, most wouldn't accept our player cards and a few wouldn't accept the money or tickets. You would think that during the time that they were shut down they could have fixed these issues and cleaned. When we left and went back to our hotel we saw more people (5) disinfecting the front doors than we saw the entire time we spent at TI (zero). I'm not sure if this hotel was doing any type of screening in regards to COVID, I didn't notice any type of thermal temperature checks upon walking in.

This was my 3rd time in Vegas but my 1st time visiting Treasure Island. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.
We went early April and sat at a Blackjack table. After getting Blackjack, my partner received a coin that had 15/3 written on it (After asking another patron after the fact, they said sometimes people like to write on them - seems that coin shouldn't have been in the mix then) - we we're confused what the significance was and wanted to check that he received the correct amount. Upon asking the dealer, his response was immediately "have you never played Blackjack before?". We responded yes, we've played quite a bit and hadn't seen this before. We then asked if this was a 6 to 5 or 3 to 2 table, to which the dealer responded "you get what you get". He seemed very unwilling to help and annoyed by us asking a single question. The whole table was our party so we weren't holding up a group and simply wanted some clarification - I can't imagine trying to learning at a table like that.
We went and asked to speak to a manager after since we felt so put off about our first experience, but the manager only said "Sorry" and just about left it at that. So many other casinos had dealers that were excited to interact with us and were willing to help, teach, etc. that we'll not be spending more time at Treasure Island.

We were gambling at the tables at TI when we couldn't help but notice this excessive line that was lining the walls of the casino. It came out of registration (not that I could see that), went past the front doors, and wrapped through 2 areas along the casino wall and. kept going. People had luggage, pillows, coolers etc. Confused I asked the pit boss what that line was for. He said it was for check in. There were only 3 people working for registration....they only hired 3 people back. He appeared frustrated. So heads up travelers. If I had to stand in that line, I'd be VERY angry. It wasn't moving at all! Observed this on July 10th or 11 in the evening.

We stayed at the TI hotel for the first time at the end of a trip to Las Vegas. Here's the good the bad and the ugly about this place. The staff at the hotel are great, there are enough of them everywhere except the check-in desk and they are friendly and happy to assist, and they really seem like they are happy with their employment. This is probably the best staff I've run into in Vegas in multiple trips there which should be commended. The rooms are good, clean, spacious and well appointed, with the exception of the air conditioning, which is straight out of the 1970's. It stands in stark contrast to otherwise quite modern rooms, with really nicely done bathrooms.
The biggest complaint I have was about the self-check in kiosk, which is becoming quite common at these hotels. I had called to arrange for connecting rooms. The young lady at the hotel explained that we would need to change from King single rooms to Queen doubles because those were the only rooms that had a connecting option. That was fine with us and asked her to proceed with this. When we checked in the room reservations seemed correct with the queen doubles, but we checked in at the same time on 2 different kiosks and didn't even end up on the same floor, let along connecting rooms.

I decided I would see I could clear the matter up at the checkin desk and by my count there were about 70-75 people standing in line at the desk, not worth the wait.

I am a resident of Las Vegas, NV, I went to Treasure Island to enjoy my day to play slot machines. When I was there the heel of my shoe got stuck in the carpet that was cut about an inch deep, that was due to negligence of not taking care of the property properly. Because of this I have a broken toe and bruised body from the fall.

Treasure Island is refusing to pay my medical bills, I do have pictures of the bruises on my body. I am 65 years old and this is how senior citizens are treated! I am not happy with the way they have treated me! I need my insurance for my health in the future, not for the fall caused by this negligence.

I feel this is something that needs to be brought to the publics attention.

Treasure Island has some of the best gaming conditions on the Las Vegas Strip. Very limited dining options at this time. Good cocktail service while gaming on the casino floor. Very nice new Golden Circle Sports Book & Bar. Easy free self parking. Free tram to the Mirage. Very friendly staff. Very good players club. TI is not the newest casino, but it works. I added photos of my visit.

Loved Treasure Island! Right smack in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip! Great location to all the shops and other great hotels. The Venetian is across the street, within walking distance to shops and other great restaurants. I liked the coziness of the hotel even though it is a large hotel. Everyone is polite and kind. Great pool, great food from all the eateries at TI!

Had a nice lil Staycation getaway. Room and beds very comfortable and clean. A good family friendly place. Pool was good except for the wait times due to the covid distance rules.

Gone is the fun pirate show of old. In an attempt to drop its family image and attract a more adult clientele, the hotel has a new "sexed up" show featuring half-naked female "sirens" doing battle with half-naked male pirates. This is nothing else but, as another reviewer put it, a T&A show. The cheesy dialogue is riddled with sexual innuendo. I saw many horrified parents hurrying their kids away when they realized what was going on. It's like watching a B movie crossed with softcore porn. I felt icky after it was all over. Avoid like the plague!
