Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our Ceaser palace trip started off fun, but ended up becoming a nightmare by the end of the trip. My wife and I are in our early 30s and own multiple businesses in NY and would never treat our customers like Ceasers does. They need to work on customer service or just learn not to be rude.

Unfortunately, my wife kept getting ID’ed legitimately every 5 minutes which became a running inside joke between us. We understand that they need to make sure that no one underage is gambling, but there were plenty of other kids on the casino floor to ask other than two people who are clearly married and look older than 25. We would have let this all go, but unfortunately on many of these occasions the staff was so unbelievably rude to my wife it ruined our trip.

In one instance my wife was trying to return someone’s lost credit card & car keys that someone left on a slot machine to a staff member who walked up next to her. The woman completely ignored her for a minute and then eventually turned to her and said “I don’t care, show me your ID.” Even the guy sitting next to us was completely flabbergasted. This instance was the last time she got carded, because after that we were done spending money at Caesars, we decided to go up to our room. We never have had someone be so rude to us before in our lives and we live in NY we can take it (this was on March 22, 2021 around 10pm)

On another occasion my wife and I were on some slot machines and my wife actively pulled her mask down to take a sip of coffee then put it back up. A staff member must have saw this and then scolded my wife for doing that, (which to my knowledge you’re allowed to do) then said, “you know what show me your ID while I’m at it” There were at least 5 other people in our radius who were doing the same thing and/or didn’t even have a mask on and she just ignored them. My wife and I have had covid and the vaccine, were not worried about giving it to anyone or unhappy to wear a mask, if that’s what a business wants us to do. Honestly, the mask is all for show at Caesars palace, because its packed to the gills in there and no one cares at all. You’re bumping shoulders with everyone.

On the positive side our hotel room was nice and the wait staff at the cafe americano were nice as well. Unfortunately, We were planning to come back in August with friends, but I think we’re going to have to find another place to stay other than at Caesars.

I was invited to a celebration dinner with up to $450,000 in prizes. It was cancelled at the last minute and the prizes were electronically awarded......108 people received something I was one of the 100 that did not. There was no free play or anything. Beware!!

Horrible place to drink and gamble at. I spent too much money for the service that I received there. Very disappointed. If you want to get your few thousand dollars worth of gambling, you will have more fun at the linq than Caesars. Good luck!

Didn't seem to get that high diamond good feeling . Probably won't visit this property any more. The offers look nice in the mail..but using them is very difficult. I know it was a holiday week but they were very poorly staffed on waitress staff on the playing floor..it was hard to even get a bottle of water. The bacchanal buffet was fantastic even though I was charged adult prices for my 12 year granddaughter. ..just to name a few.

Slot supervisor was very rude and disrespectful! He locked a machine for a guest to go eat for 3 hours and refused to unlock the 2 machines next to that one because of soacial distancing, when I told him that the 2 machines next to them were both open and the 2 machines on the opposite side next to them were both open and the 3 next to that all open and there was no soacial distancing he became very rude and disrespectful. It was such disgusting behavior that I went to my room at 8:30pm (which I have NEVER done while in Vegas) and I didnt want to go back down for the next 2 days. I did however go gamble at another casino, Cesar's rewards should be appalled at his behavior and it's sad that I have spent so much money with them and I'm a Diamond plus member, I will be getting a membership somewhere else where im treated with respect and give them my money!!! I cant even describe just how rude he was, it was horrific and even the slot attendant was shocked, her eyes were huge and her mouth wide open, even with her mask on I could see how her mouth just exasperated!!!!

Table minimums are slightly higher than the surrounding casinos (Linq and flamingo ), but it’s nicer so....
We are from the east coast so we were ready to shoot craps at 8 AM. There was one full table open with a $25 min so we walked to the Venetian -also very nice- to play $10 min at 8:30 AM.

Something must be really wrong with Caesars employees, I'm not sure if tensions are high but here it goes. I was having fun winning on one of my favorite slots today when suddenly I was approached by a server named Yvonne. She asked me to provide ID which first I thought it was because she thought I wanted to drink. But no, it quickly turned into the worst and rudest experience I've ever had in a casino ( in over 20 years of vacationing Vegas). Unfortunately my husband had just left to get cash and had just walked away with my purse strapped around his neck. I explained this to the server and thought ok I wont have drink but she actually turned into a bully, first not believing me and then asking me to "cash out now", which at first I thought I misheard her ... but she repeated those humiliating words two more times, "you have to cash out now"! no fluff just rude. My efforts to explain that I was in the middle of my bonus was to no avail. She said said "you need to cash out now or I'm calling security"! I felt so embarrassed, luckily we wear masks but it was such an awkward situation that even the young lady sitting near me got up and left. My husband arrived within the minute which I felt was forever and I quickly grabbed my ID from my purse because I felt that she was going to come back as if I had done something wrong. Sure enough she was standing by and approached me for the ID again.

Bottom line, she killed my vibe, pulled me off the slot machine which I later saw the young girl sitting near me earlier playing and winning :(.

Thanks to Yvonne I left my game and I thought it would be neccesary to let a manager know how she is treating clients, so I waited more than 30 minutes for a manager to excuse Yvonne saying she was doing her job but that she should have approached me nicely?

Funny or Ironic twist is that when I left conversation feeling unheard and sad not realizing I left my umbrella and my ID behind which the security booth had and where I ended up anyways! Good news is that unlike the server Yvonne, the security team were really nice! I recovered my umbrella and ID. I truly hope someone at Caesars reads this so that no other clients is victim of this server who's M.O. is to humiliate and harass clients. How can a person who is suppose to serve and provide a good experience be judge and and jury to treat you like a criminal!

If you want to play what few sports are available don’t waste your time at Ceasars. I’ve never been shut out so many times on a trip. People betting MMA getting shut out as well. Unless you like waiting In lines that lead to only 1 ticket teller. It was the 1st leg of Horse Racing’s triple crown and Apparently they don’t care about horse players. In this day and age of COVID limited sports you think they could show a little More love to the horse players who never get any respect at sports books. No sound on races and when the actual Belmont stakes loaded into gate still no sound until the crowd frantically started yelling to turn on sound when they finally did it was lower than it was on the other side of the book and gates opened blitz the screens went black more cries from the crowd. Operator error! For those of you who don’t mind going into crowds with out face mask Ceasars is accommodating you. Some efforts are made but very little if you are uncomfortable of people’s not wearing mask Harrahs was stricter about wearing your mask as was the link.

The buffet was delicious. Enjoyed the food very much, including the lamb and seafood. The service however was subpar with the exception of one server. The casino was clean and the atmosphere fun to gamble in. Noticed an upcoming show there and bought tickets. Easy process.

Virtually all the blackjack tables in the casino pay 6 for 5 on blackjacks. This gives the house about four times the advantage over standard blackjack that pays 3 for 2 on blackjacks. This is the case even at the higher stakes tables. The video poker payouts were on the tight side. It did seem to have an active poker room featuring no limit hold 'em and a few daily tournaments
