The Elvis package for $199 was great! And our Elvis was a lot of fun! Just be aware of the hidden costs. We paid the $199, and at the end of the ceremony, we were given 4 envelopes. Gratuity envelopes,1 for the driver $40, 1 for the minister - suggested gratuity of $60, 1 for the photographer and 1 for the videographer who was the same person anyway!!!
We paid the required gratuity for the driver, and for the minister, but did not tip the photographer because we ran out of cash-because we did not expect to tip all those people the amount they suggested! Because of that, the photogarapher did not show us the photos she took, rather just gave them to us on a disk...when we checked the disk. none of our posed photos with Elvis were on there, because we were supposed to pay extra for them!! This was a little disappointing. However, our ceremony was fun and one we will remember forever....even if we didn't get the photos we wanted.

We had our 1st visit to Vegas in March 2012 & decided before we left to arrange to get married.
We wanted to see all of Vegas so where better to get married than in down town Las Vegas.
We looked at quite a few chapels & decided on A Wedding Chapel for two reasons, firstly the pics we see of the chapel seemed very reasonable. Not extravagant but clean & to the point which we wanted & 2nd the value, we didn't want to spend a great deal of money so price wise that was a bonus.
I did a lot of checking on getting married in Vegas before booking so I knew I was expected to give gratuities (tip) which is the minister, photographer, video person & chauffeur's way of earning.
Of course it bumps up the price you pay but with knowledge of this before going you can take it into account!!
Minister fee usually $60, video, photographer & chauffeur usually around $30 - $40.
Nerves kicked in a little when the chauffeur, Sebastian showed up later than expected & didn't seem to want to be working
to be honest but we wasn't going to let that spoil the day.
We arrived at the chapel & was greeted by Melody, very lovely lady & the nerves seem to settle.
Everyone else we met in the chapel was very nice & our minister Claude was absolutely wonderful, he made us laugh & made the day.
After we was married we had to wait around a while before we could go & choose our photos as the lady that took them was now taking pics of another bride. Eventually we went & chose what we wanted on disc & our 4' by 6' prints.
By this time we was left waiting again for the chauffeur to turn back up as he had gone MIA.
We presumed he had another job but he returned alone after we waited around for over a hour. We was told Sebastian can put the video & photos on disc so we didn't have to wait for anyone else to do that.
We was told Sebastian was ready to take us back & he even asked us if we had our discs which we didn't so he run back in to get them thankfully.
Upon our return to England we found we did not have video on disc & the photos was not what I chose. I contacted the chapel to explain & several calls & emails I finally got both.
I am however still waiting for my wedding photos which was meant to take ten weeks but hopefully the chapel will sort those out soon too.
Regardless of the stress I felt on arriving home without the video to show everyone as they did not know we was getting married & the wait for my marriage certificate to show at the county clerks office & the long wait I'm having for my wedding photos I had a lovely day & married the man that I have spent 22 years with whom I love.
It is what it is & in this world you get what you pay for, don't expect 5* when your not paying for it.
Thank you for a wedding day that we won't forget for many reasons ;-)

I used A Wedding Chapel for vow renewals.Upon arrival, there was a mix up with the date of my reservation. It was handled professionally and fixed with little inconvenience to myself or the venue. I didn't receive complete and thorough information from the venue about all of the conveniences included in the package I purchased. There are included photos, which includes 25 ceremony photos and 50 shots (not sure that many were even taken) afterward. I get to choose 8-4x6 prints, but only of the ceremony photos (not disclosed). The photos afterward can be purchased a la carte. The website states there is a $60 minister fee only (cash). After the ceremony, the photographer gave me a hand printed envelope for a minimum tip, not a fee, of $60, which was not disclosed anywhere on the website. Tips are optional and definitely should not be demanded, let alone be told how much! I found this to be extremely unprofessional!!The other problem I had with non-disclosure was viewing the photos after the ceremony. You have to physically go back to the location to view them. If you prefer to view them electronically, they charge you an additional $40 to do that. Everything should be disclosed in writing on your website prior to anyone making the decision to purchase a package from your business. None of this was disclosed while making the reservation on the phone either. The minister was wonderful and we had a very nice ceremony. Don't let this review dissuade you from using them, just make sure you do your homework and ask every question about costs not included in the package you purchase!

My now wife and I chose this place because we wanted the corny elvis marriage experience. We definitely knew what we were getting when we chose this place, but did not expect it to be as bad as it was. For starters the limo showed up late, but the driver was friendly and apologetic so we looked past the delay and the rundown limo. If we had paid extra for this service I definitely would have been more upset. Upon arrival we did a short dove release ceremony in front of the place, but they had to clean some trash up before we could do it in front of the little gazebo they had set up. We laughed that off trying to stay in good spirits even though it was in front of friends and family. Our ceremony was about an hour late because Elvis ran to do another ceremony since we were doing a dove release. This is when it began to get frustrating. The dove release was scheduled the whole time, so I feel like they did not communicate that with him in advance. While we were waiting we had to take some pictures that we didn't want with this sketchy photographer(more on him later) that I'm sure you are familiar with if you have read any other reviews. It was about 30 degrees outside and we just wanted to be out of the cold.
Once Elvis finally arrived, the ceremony was great. Elvis interacted with everyone flawlessly any really fed off of the energy in the room. It was exactly what we wanted. He even stayed in character after the ceremony and talked with our friends and family for a few.
When the ceremony was over we waited around for a few to pay the remaining balance and gratuities. I'm glad they mentioned the required gratuities upfront as they came to a rather large amont, over $150. The staff really seemed to have no idea what was going on through this whole process but managed to remain friendly the whole time, so that kept my frustrations low. We opted to come back the next day to look at the photos instead of waiting around even longer for the photographer to work on his "art". I was happy that they offered transportation to us for that for cheaper than a cab ride. Oh yea, we also got a cake that we were unable to cut or eat at the chapel.
our experience with the photographer is what really set me off and justifies the negative rating. He started off with the rundown of what was included in our package which is all we were expecting and wanting and then gave us his song & dance about his art and what it means to him blah blah blah. He then offers to sell us the additional photos he took that were not included in the package for $575 and kept going on & on about how great of a deal that was. Then reduced the price to $375, we said no and that we couldn't afford them. His tone then changed and became very insulting when he suggested that we call our families for the money. The truth is we didn't want them because they were awful photos with basic photoshop filters thrown on them. I was done with him at that point and said that we wanted what was included and we were leaving, he then offered reduce them to $300 and we declined. After all of this we still had to listen to him talk for another 20 minutes while he loaded them to a disk and tried to not include the extras that he had already included. The whole way out, he kept talking about how we should re-think our choice and even that we should gamble and try to win the money. I have no idea why I didn't come clean with him about the fact that we didn't want them because they were awful and staged but I kept my composure and we left.
i'm really happy that we had family and friends taking photos the whole ceremony because they captured much better shots than their sketchy photographer did. I would recommend that everyone else do the same. If you can point and shoot a camera, you can do just as good of a job.

The owners of this place are scammers! When you look at the prices on their website they are all fake! My $299 ceremony turned out to cost $579 a minute after I paid the deposit. By the end of the day it cost us over 1K. In the confirmation after receiving the deposit they say that you have to tip everyone involved in the ceremony totaling minimum $280. By the time the ceremony is over the minimum amount of tips goes up to over $300. The included pictures in the packages are for the ceremony only! All the pre ceremony and after ceremony pictures (including the pictures with your family) are going to cost you over 500 if you want all of them… On the good side the staff was all nice and professional. They indicated to us however that they all also hate the owners. Bottom line is that the ceremony was great. The service was great. Our guests were happy but my $299 wedding package cost us over $1000!!! FOR THOSE WHO READ THIS: FIND ANOTHER CHAPEL EVEN IF YOU ALREADY PAID THE DEPOSIT, THEY ARE NOT ALL LIKE THAT, AND YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND STRESS!!!

We scheduled our wedding in January 2011 because we wanted to get married on 11-11-11. I paid the deposit and never heard from them again. I did contact them and was told to let them know when we arrived to Vegas and our hotel. We were told to be ready for our limo one half an hour before the ceremony. I upgraded our package so we could accommodate all our guests. More came than we expected. We waited an hour (it was kind of cold that night) for our rude driver who arrived about a half an hour late and after our ceremony was to take place. He kept saying he tried to call us... well he did on my home phone. This place did not even have the common sense to confirm my phone numbers. Once we were there we noticed there was 5 or 6 other wedding party's waiting for the limo to return them to their hotels. The ceremony went fine. We were herded out to the little desk by the door and shoved the 3 infamous envelopes which I filled... shocked at the 65 dollar tip I was told I was required to pay for the limo driver. And 20 for the photographer. I think he took 3 pictures. None which I have ever seen. I was told when I called them that we had to choose our photos at the time of the wedding. Well it would have been nice if they had told me that when we where there or any other time before wedding. I have no pictures no DVD. My family at home did get to view the wedding via web cam which was just a little cheap lap top in the corner. We did not want to wait in line for the limo driver so we went next door to a "club" and the valet person got us two taxis. What a rip off this all was. I was told it would cost 35 dollars just to view my pictures now and it would cost 15 dollars to ship. No mention of the DVD. I have emailed them for a web address and have not heard back from them. $299 plus 115 in tips. Beware.

There was another limo sitting idle while we had to wait for more than an hour and a half. Apparently there is only one driver. They did a bait and switch on the price, indicating it was all inclusive. Very disappointing lack of service. Chapels look very cheap. Outside area not maintained either.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Long post, but PLEASE read so your big day won't be ruined!!!!
Went here for a friends wedding on April 25, 2018.
Everything went wrong that could. FIRST, the address, not the one you see here, on google, on facebook, anywhere! They must have recently moved and didn't tell our bride and groom. Several attendees (27 people) uber'ed to the wrong location and found an abandoned building that was locked up. (Money wasted on Uber rides to wrong location and then to correct location). The bride and groom were supposed to be picked up in a pink Cadillac at their hotel- well, the Cadillac broke down at the hotel and they had to arrive in a cab.
Meanwhile, back at the correct venue, all the attendees were told to get out because there was supposed to be another wedding before ours. (It was 15 mins before scheduled wedding time... also, they never showed- lucky them). The lady at the front took the marriage license from me- I told her that the rings were in the envelope too and she said, "okay, we'll take care of it". I assumed that meant Elvis would give the rings, but nope, during the ceremony I had to run out to find the lady and ask where the rings were.
The worst thing about this whole ordeal was that I told her that it was very important to check the web cam to make sure it was on. The grooms mother has dementia and is in her last moments and his father had to stay behind with her last minute because of her failing health. She promised me that it would be on. Before the wedding many people back home were tuned in and could see Elvis walking around- but surprise surprise, before the wedding took place, it was turned off!!! When I talked to her, she said it was on and she just had turned it off. Family were typing in the chat with them asking what was going on because nothing was there and no one would respond!! So a dying mother missed the chance to watch her son have the Elvis wedding they always wanted him to have.
Elvis was okay- he came to me and the groom (assuming I was the bride) before hand and apologized for everything going wrong and that he wasn't supposed to be the Elvis for "our" wedding, but he was going to stick around... thanks???
The place wasn't decorated! The pictures I'm seeing here are not what this place looked like. BEWARE it has either changed ownership, or they weren't ready for weddings at this new location. The walls were bare, few decorations at the podium, the music was played on an old cd player boom box that Elvis pressed play and pause on.
I've never given a 1 star rating and I'm not the type of person to complain, but we're talking about a wedding. A couples special day. If this were my business I would have comped the entire thing and added in a picture package and then some. I give it to my friends for holding it together and not going bridezilla on them.

Simply awful--they lied & said their AC was not working, but the other chapel & office were cool. The giests sweltered in the tiny chapel in 100+ heat with no AC!!! The bride passed out waiting for the Limo driver in the 117 degree heat while the limo was there but the driver was MIA. They said the chapel fit 50 people & there's NO WAY that could be the case--it fit 25-30 MAX. These people were rude & didn't care about the wedding experience for the customer--they made promises they didn't keep. DON'T GET MARRIED HERE!!!!! SERIOUSLY, JUST WALK AWAY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Hello,
I just wanted to apologize for your experience. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our happy couples that come here every day for vow renewals and wedding ceremonies.
Our A/C has been fully functioning for a long time, however, if it was not working (but other areas A/C was working) it's because there is more than one central A/C system set up. So it would have been possible for one chapel to work but not the other. These systems have all been updated but I sincerely apologize for the heat during your ceremony.
Our chapels do each fit a different amount of guests and we give estimates based on the low end of what's been able to fit comfortably in each of them. This of course can vary, but we tend to go to the low end in our estimates.
Again, we strive to make sure our guests leave happy and I apologize that this wasn't the case for you. We wish you the best & appreciate the feedback as it helps us continue to improve our chapel.
Best Wishes,
Lexi

It was dissapointing that this was suppossed to be the highlight of our large group while in Vegas.
It was pre booked via phone a week previous and all seemed ok on the phone and via email clearly stated what was on offer.
We chose the Blue Suede Shoes package and to start with the limo that arrived was smaller than the one promised on their email (8 seater as oppossed to 12)
The place was terribly unorganised and we were all left standing outside the chapel while the bride and groom were taken inside to do paperwork.
The ceremony itself was fun and the Elvis was fantastic, however the photographer had no idea what he was doing and the live video link upon writing this is still yet to be put online (and thats what was promised in the package)
Forget just the cost of the package..they want HUGE tips for the limo driver, photographer and Elvis also...none of which they tell you upon booking.
The DVD given of the ceremony has been burnt in a format that plays slow mo and can't be fixed....and still no video link to view as stated in the package.
Emails to the company go unanswered.
I would never recommend anyone to go there for the terrible service. Elvis was the only highlight.
