The Strip is classy outlandish and photogenic. But it's superficial and shallow. Fremont St had ALL the craic. Get down there.

Downtown Las Vegas was not an enjoyable experience for me, it's really run down, I felt unsafe, even when getting a cab afterwards I felt a little uneasy. I gained nothing from this experience.

Walking up and down the Fremont Street area is a great people watching experience. The light show is also amazing and worth the trip to that area

This place is crazy and crowded. Quite a few homeless people asking for money and underdressed to say the least people also looking for money. The upside was the Tony Marques and Crush bands. Great free live music! It was fun to see even though...More

The cheapest way to move around town is with Lyft or Uber - get the app on your smart phone - about 1/2 to 2/3 the cost of a cab. They will take you from the airport to the Hotel also. Shows - there are always discount... More

You can get coupons online for the shops, but sometimes it worth going into the shops to see what discount they are offering. Some say text this number to get a code, I did this and never got a reply but show the cashier... More
