Great place to go with the whole group. Some can gamble some can enjoy the music while others just drink, enjoy the light show or ride the Zip Line. We had a great time.

When in Vegas you have to go downtown. It is a different vibe than the strip. Some people will enjoy it more, others not so much. Me, I like to go down for the experience but after a few hours ready to go back to...More

Actually went twice this holiday . Parking very easy and loads of free entertainment. Bands were playing of good quality. Security was good. Light show incredible as usual and the Shotzilla experience was enjoyed by the kids. Fab buffet at golden nugget

Wished we would have started here and worked our way down the strip. So much to see and do here. The casino's on the strip are a nice attraction but downtown Las Vegas is it. Lot's of touristy things to do. Make a day of...More

We had dinner at a 50's diner, staff we dressed in theme. Food was awesome and plentiful. Lots of tourist shops and places to eat as well as casinos.

Whenever I'm in Vegas, I make it a point to head downtown and walk Fremont Street. The people-watching is excellent. Several very talented street performers. The bands that play live music are great. The overhead Fremont Street Experience show is cool the first couple times...More

We went there for the slotzilla, early enough to miss out on the Fremont street screens coming to live. But, we went into Golden Nugget to see the world's largest gold nugget. Luckily an employee walked us to it, otherwise it might take some time...More

Downtown may be old fashioned, but I truly enjoyed the Downtown experience. You have multiple Casinos within walking distance. Fremont Street has so much going on every minute of every day. The machines are much looser than the Strip. If I ever go back to...More

JMJ I usually like my trips to see and gamble in Downtown Las Vegas, but now I find a lot of the side shows happening sick! This is still considered for families also but the depraved spectacle is not safe for anyone. Unless they clean...More

The cheapest way to move around town is with Lyft or Uber - get the app on your smart phone - about 1/2 to 2/3 the cost of a cab. They will take you from the airport to the Hotel also. Shows - there are always discount... More

You can get coupons online for the shops, but sometimes it worth going into the shops to see what discount they are offering. Some say text this number to get a code, I did this and never got a reply but show the cashier... More
