Really does feel like a Links course with some great "copies" of British golf holes. Condition was pretty good, fun to play, cool castle clubhouse, not too far from the strip. Worth playing at least once.

108 bunkers is okay if you can see most of them. Most of these are hidden and since there is no yardage book, no gps, no little tiny map on the card....it's ridiculous and nearly impossible to stay out of them. A perfect shot is...More

This golf course gives you a chance to play famous British Open type hiles without going to the British Isles. Links golf with every hole a replica of a famous British Scottish hole. The course is much more forgiving than the actual British links courses,...More

I played this course months ago and brought a group back because it was so much fun last time. I had told them all how much fun the course was and this round fell flat leaving me looking like a liar. The course was decently...More

This is a pretty hard course for a high handicap golfer. One has to stay on the fairway and try to avoid the pot bunkers. Very little room for error. The replica hole concept was kind of distracting to me, to be honest. I need...More

Although it is still early in the season, this course was great. I'm not sure I would have played the road hole in par if I had to hit over the hotel, but it was still a lot of fun. Well worth a try if...More

It takes about 35 minutes from the strip but definitely worth the uber ride which was a reasonable $15. The course is just as advertised. 18 replica holes from British Open courses. As one can imagine it's impossible to replicate Great Britain in the desert...More

Royal Links provides access to some of the most scenic and challenging holes that you hear about during the British Open. Although located outside Las Vegas, you feel that you're on an original links course as you face fairway and greenside pot bunkers and challenging...More

Hi Patricia, No, a caddie is not required to play the course. I played on my own, with a cart, playing 2 balls. I was virtually alone on the course (mid-week), and was able to get around in about 3.5 hours. Regards, Jack
