They say they they watch your flight to ensure the driver is at the airport when you are but when flights get cancelled, they don't bother to call. Even if you call them, they will say it's too late to make any changes because it's within their 24 hour policy (because airlines always advise you of flight issues 24 hours in advance). They will send the driver anyways, admit they knew the flight was cancelled, and then proceed to charge you for the missed transfer. You can't get your money back because they hide behind third party booking sites as if it those sites are responsible for Talixo not calling or not performing as promised. Total scam. All they want is your money. Book through Viator instead. They work with more reputable companies and will reimburse you if the driver doesn't show as promised.

Driver did NOT pick us up for prepaid ride to airport. I booked this car service through Expedia when I planned my trip. I havent been able to get a refund either

We booked transportation from airport to our hotel and back, we waited at the airport for more than one hour, terrible.
After 4 days we doubled check the pick up time and at the end we waited for 25 minutes, then they called me to tell me that the driver needs 25 more minutes. Terrible. Finally we hired a taxi. Terrible service.

If I could put this in the minus I would. Do not book this. I booked 2 vehicles and they only showed up with one. And that was a challenge. As a result I was left stranded at the airport with people with developmental disabilities. They are still charging me for 2 vehicles. We followed the instructions we were given but nobody was there. They say we were late but they mixed up the names and we were on time. They are literally stealing money they did not earn! Very very disappointed!

We had a pick up time at 6:50 am the driver started texting and calling at 4:20 am trying to get us picked up at 6:30 . Needless to say ruined our sleep .never using this company again!!!

Our driver was fantastic! She waited 2 hours for a delayed flight arrival, was friendly, and took us to the Liquor store before our hotel! Yay!

Hold on to your money better off trusting and Uber...driver texted us the day before saying he would b 5 minutes early to pick us up from hotel...which would be 9:40. I KNOW something was wrong when he texted have a nice life...i callee the next day at 9:45.....which is pick up time no answer......10 pm he texted he would be 20 minutes late due to traffic.. all lies we had a boarding time of 11:19 TSA line was nearly to the exit..Dispatcher was rude and texted me nasty words when i called to complain...they called me back at 10:25 saying driver is outside....imagine paying for a service and u don't get it and the people providing the service know you can't do anything about it.....expedia says they can't get in touch with the company so they can't refund me. ..this is A damn shame....I almost missed my flight with my family......don't give these people your money I warn you .....please listen...I'm not the only one

They do not track your flight. They will not refund your money. They are verbally abusive on the phone. This is an absolute scam. Do not give these people your money.
My flight was delayed by 30 minutes. The text they send says they will track the flight and you do not need to contact them. I arrived and texted the driver that I had landed and was making my way to the meet up area. No one was waiting. I get a text from the driver that says "Finally, you have arrived. Too bad I waited over an hour for you." I called the office, the woman was belligerent and said the delayed flight was my fault and they would not issue a refund. I told her that the text they sent said they would be tracking my flight. She said it was my responsibility to call them, which is not what their instructions said. The driver texted while I was on the phone and said "I guess I can come back but it will be like 2 hours." I told the woman on the phone and she said "Do you want a ride or not?" I said two hours was completely unreasonable and I wanted a refund since they were not providing any service. She said "**** you!" Who treats customers like this? I called an Uber who were there in 4 minutes and provided excellent service. I am out $88, but have learned my lesson. Do not use. Not worth the hassle or cost of booking another ride, especially at the start of a vacation. A total headache. I would have left a 0 if possible.

I would avoid using this company as they did not turn up for 2 hours and by then I had to sort a taxi out separately. They then refused to issue a refund and just kept blaming the 3rd party booking company who were also blaming them. Shocking customer service throughout
