    Perfect experience
Had the best clue giver and everything went on during the game perfect. They where very professional with check-in to setting up the game and running the game. I would recommend this company to anyone that want to experience an escape room.

    Fun rooms
We’ve been to Trapped in Tahoe twice. The rooms were both fun. We did one eyed Jack first and loved it. Decided to come back for Pandoras Box. It was also fun. There is great attention to detail in both games and the game masters where very helpful. My husband and son did Spymaster and enjoyed it. We will return when they get a new room. I would highly suggested going here.

    Great Escape Room Experience
Cool room with interactive "actor" / game master that helped immerse the room theme further. Plenty of puzzles with varying levels of difficulty. Room decor and story were very well themed!

It was a fun experience, they were kind enough to accommodate my husbands service dog, which was very much appreciated. The room itself is very immersive and they give ample amount of hints when prompted so that you aren’t stuck in one area for too long. The elements of air, water, and heat add a little intensity to the escape room and was very creative. Overall, we would do one of their rooms again.

We did Pandora's Box after reading all of the rave reviews. We've done over 200 escape rooms and have contributed to a couple of well known review platforms. Neither of us could figure out what has generated all the buzz about Pandora's Box. This room wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, and it certainly wasn't worth anywhere near the well above industry norm prices they're charging. The immersion was pretty good, which was probably the strongest part of this room, but that's about the end of the compliments. One of the puzzles was hard broken, and a second didn't work the first time we activated it. The puzzles were lack luster...some were crazy easy. Others seemed completely random. None were fun, logical, or designed to flow properly together. Obviously a lot of people liked it, but being in Vegas, it's hard not to wonder how many of them have never seen a good escape room. If you have a fair amount of experience with escape rooms, I cannot say this venue is worth the price of admission.

We are experienced escape room fans (60+ rooms) and this was a great room! We did One Eyed Jack. This room is creepy, but isn’t really scary. It has a lot of unique clues and we thought it was pretty medium difficulty. We had a great time.
I’ve been very impressed with customer service at this escape room. The owner took time to talk to us about our escape room hobby, and the good and bad of Las Vegas escape rooms. This is a great place for locals, but also close to tourist areas. I observed them being truly helpful to many out of town groups that wanted to book more, and they were accommodating when they could be, but also referred to other close by escape rooms. I do realize they are affiliated with Lost Games-but I still think that is great customer service.
I plan to do the other rooms I haven’t done yet. Great place! (Shout out to Ken 10 who made our experience brighter with her enthusiasm! Love people that love their jobs!)

My family with kids 9,19,24 have been wanting to do this for some time. It gave us a break from being cooped up from all the Covid restrictions. Everyone was so friendly and we had the best time. My 19 year old is already talking about going back with friends. Definately recommend to anyone who is considering an escape room.

Paid regular price $35 per person at a group of five and although enjoyed the logic aspect of the game, several things in the room were broken, and there were other aspects that were produced with low quality like the video's shown. One Eyed Jack's story was mediocre at best and the room was not at all immersive. Yes the rooms are private however you can hear others playing their games talking. It was not at all worth the price compared to other escape rooms.

My daughter and I did the Pandora room while in Vegas. It was very well planned and thoroughly enjoyed the acting and the puzzles to solve the challenge. Jacob was amazing with his acting skills and was very pleasant. A great experience and can't wait to go back to do some of the other rooms.

After reading so many great reviews, we decided on Trapped! No one was into anything Scary, so we decided on Lair of the Puzzlemaker.

The location was clean, and we were all required to wash our hands prior to getting checked in. We had one in our party who had never done an escape room before and the staff did a great job preparing us.

The room itself was well themed and the clues were challenging and fun throughout.

I want to give a huge shoutout to our game master Willow! She was with us the whole time and could tell when we needed a little
Guidance to keep moving forward.

I want to give a big shoutout to the game designer who came up with the redemption puzzle at the end. Very clever and it we loved the race to the finish.

With 25 seconds left, we escaped the clutches of the Puzzlemaker, and can’t wait to come back to Trapped for some more escape room fun!

We absolutely loved Operation X-13! We consider ourselves escape game experts and have done over 50 different companies. This one had a few unique elements that we were happy to find. The location was just a 7 minute Uber ride from the strip. $1 waters and sodas after the game. You should support this business, they deserve it!!

We had some down time one afternoon and thought this would be a fun activity for our family (children ages 11 and 18). Online reservations were easy. Upon arrival, we received some instructions and were on our way to "One Eyed Jack".

Being first timers we didn't know what to expect. It was a bit creepy in the low lighting but we never felt spooked or scared. The low lighting made it difficult to see and solve all the clues. And when we asked for help, it was hard to hear the hints over the loudspeaker. We didn't solve the escape room but we had a blast and want to come back and try again.
