married 12/3 and had such a beautiful ceremony! Marcela was wonderful and took such great care of us from the first call. The Minister and Photographer were great! The wedding chapel was beautiful, great photos space in and out . Chapel of Love gave my husband and I a beautiful wedding and a day to remember forever. I highly recommend them for a Beautiful Ceremony.

We booked the Ceremony wedding and we are furious with this chapel. They should be ashamed of even calling themselves a wedding chapel! We called and planned everything 5 months in advance and kept calling to see if anything had changed since Covid. On the week of our wedding they suddenly told us on 15 people could be in the chapel. Understandable but way too late considering we had close family coming to see us. We were told a week earlier that 30 was there max. That was not true. So 5 days before the wedding I was called to learn that we had to have our wedding outside. We get there and the outside that they call a garden (absolutely not) it’s just a uneven slab with a fake garden like style. Not for a wedding.. mind you it was cold outside and we asked before if everything was ready and they answered yes. When it came to me walking down with my father . The music didn’t play (multiple times) after 20 to 25 mins later. In the mist of us asking if there is anything she could do because this was purely embarrassing. She told me to walk without the music. I explained to her I wasn’t walking until she fixed the problem. Very unprofessional and rude. After complaining and my guest being very upset because of all the waiting due to them being unprepared. It was just a mess! Then the let us into the chapel but after the wedding I didn’t receive more than half of what I paid for. I called and complained and only the unprofessional planner (Marcela) answered and told me that if I wanted the rest of my photos it would be 300.00 more. I paid for pictures before and after but only received after and the pictures were not all great. It was only me and my husband .. no pictures for memories with my parents and family . This place is horrible..and will give you the run around. Wedding should be taken seriously no matter what it cost! You are paying them to do a job. That they advertise.

We were married at The Chapel of Love and it was the best. I laughed and cried and the staff and "Elvis" made it a day I'll never forget. My flowers were beautiful and it was exactly what we expected.

Limo was really late picking us up, Elvis did not sing the song songs we requested but he was entertaining only had seconds to post the live feed, it was allot of fun though for sure was told to pick up the pictures the next day the address was incorrect on the trip advisor so it cost us extra to get to the proper address which was a wasted trip pictures were very expensive so we did not purchase. We did have fun but there were some hiccups and no reimbursement for the hiccups.

We booked our wedding with Destination Las Vegas/ Wedding Chapel in the Sky 8 months in advance. I confirmed the details multiple times leading to the wedding. 3 hours before the wedding, they called to say we couldn’t use the High Roller Ferris Wheel due to high winds and we should do it front of the Bellagio Fountains. I checked with the High Roller directly, and they had no wind issues or knew what I was talking about. We declined to have our $1500 wedding outside on a sidewalk with thousands of people walking around. We got 0 apology and are unable to contact any manager of this company. The coordinator that we were dealing with hung up on us and blocked our numbers when requesting a refund. This is an atrocious company with 0 ethics.
