The WYNN is always the finest Las Vegas experience !
There is nothing in Las Vegas that can compare to the WYNN. As much as a destination, it is an unforgettable experience. Everything is top tier, first class and beautiful. The rooms are elegant, well stocked and comfortable. The views are outstanding. See the photo of our room below. If you have a choice - this is the absolute best.

    No coffee !!
Although the casino its self is very nice (smaller - which is great) with quality food options ... The rooms do not have any coffee making !!!! I would expect a Nespresso machine in a resort room for the price $$$$ you are forced to descend to the casino level to buy coffee.

Beautiful Casino but No Blackjack Tables with Less Than a $100 Minimum
The Wynn is undoubtedly a beautiful and elegant hotel and casino. I stopped in and was looking forward to spending some time in the casino playing Blackjack in this stunning setting. However, when I discovered there wasn't a table with under a $100 minimum, I headed for the exit. I may be an idiot at times, but I'm no fool.

Glad to find different versions of crapless craps machines here
So I hadn’t visited the Wynn casino ever since it’s opening mainly for the reason I’m a low budget gambler. Anyways what prompted me to visit the property was mgm’s tier matching proposal. So upon getting the players card I started wandering around the property and found many versions of bubble craps here with $3 minimum. Something I expected at downtown not on the strip. The machines are mostly the individual bubble craps they had multiple versions of crapless craps:easy craps, crapless craps, and the version where you select the two dice out of three choices. Great thing is it was easy to find an empty terminal.

Great feel to the place (even if I was a loser).
We stayed at the Venetian, but had to do some casino hopping of course. I'm not a big gambler, but the feel for the place was really cool. We just played some slots and walked around. It was more just a quick tour of the property and then we moved on to the next, trying to see as much of the strip and week could in just a few days. This was definitely one that you should get to and check out. Hopefully with better luck than us.

Exceptional casino , best in area . Good odds too.
Best Casino in Vegas I have tried all MGM’s too. Wynn has very few BJ tables with gimmicky side bets . Most tables are clear of distractions , tables are3-2 odds on BJ unlike MGM 6-5 and mostly $50 min . Dealers are friendly and can hold a conversation, pit bosses flexible on min max limits . The whole area super clean and drinks offered frequently I even won

The Wynn used to be our go to spot on the strip for a luxury stay but now that it’s back after COVID the quality is not there.

The noise from XS can not be overstated. We stayed on the 59th floor and every night you could clearly hear the music until 4am. If you do stay here make sure you request a room facing south or you’ll be kept up. As other guests note they’ll happily offer you earplugs, but I just slept with my AirPods in.

Even on weekdays (when there were less people) it was horribly understaffed and there were always lines. You’ll learn to order everything ahead of time and pick it up. Their little coffee shop by Allegro was always a 20 minute wait (you can cut this down to 10 minutes if you do drip coffee from the express side).

The buffet food was exceptional, but it’s reservation only now. Don’t worry, you’ll still wait 10-20 minutes in a line to enter the buffet at your reservation time making the whole reservation system entirely pointless.

We paid for a late check out when we booked the trip, but clearly no one communicated this to anyone. The maids knocked on our door at 1215 to ask when we were leaving (do not disturb sign was on). And then our keys deactivated so when we tried to return to the room at 3 to get our bags we had to go back to the front desk first to get new keys.

Not that most people use it, but the gym is way too small and was always packed. Oh, and still closes at 6pm. They’ll use the excuse of COVID but I can’t imagine the virus gets more virulent after 6pm. But they would then have to pay for an extra shift.

So overall this is no longer a luxury hotel, at least not from a service standpoint. In the future we will stay elsewhere as for the price I except better than Luxor service.

We went back to the Wynn to give them a second chance. We had gone there in August and their computer system crashed. We had an awful time. We were there for 2 nights (I’ll rate hotel separately). The Red card rewards program is confusing. You are told you have slot credit but you don’t get it unless you put your own money in first. There were a good variety of slot machines and the more popular ones were always taken. The roulette games had a high dollar amount except for 1 table so we didn’t really play. The casino was very clean and the servers were polite and easy to find. The employees were well trained and courteous. Although it is kinda off the path of the far end of the strip, I think this keeps the riff-raft out.

You get a reservation for 730. You get there at 645. You wait in line till 9pm to even get in. At 80 dollars a person the food was not worth it. No shrimp cocktail, roast beef was okay, Presentation nothing special. The staff rush you around and are very curt. Unfortunately there are not that many buffets open in Vegas during this time. You would think the ones that were would put on a better presentation. VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

My husband and I really enjoy this hotel. It has been a great experience even through COVID. The hotel requires masks everywhere. They are more strict that most hotels but at the same time they have more open than other hotels too. The pool is great. Just be prepared for very overpriced drinks, especially at the pool.

The Wynn is a beautiful property and love the flower displays. Casino is large but too many video type games. The night we were there it had to be 80 degrees in the casino. It was less than 80 degrees outside.

Cocktsil waitress walked by at really quick speed says “cocktails?” You would have to jump up and catch them. Didn’t seem like they wanted to serve drinks. Since they work in tips, I didn’t get it.

took an uber here from bellagio to play some table games for the evening. Walked around on weekday and all the games were 50 or 100 minimums and half of them were empty. walked next door to venetian and played for 25 instead.

Wynn in Vegas is undeniably an architectural marvel with excellent ambiance and an amazing hotel. However, the experience at the casino tables was a major letdown. The staff were incredibly rude, making me feel like I was doing them a favor by playing. One of the dealers, a white lady, stared at me as if I were some kind of gambling addict. In the morning, only two roulette tables were open, and they were far too crowded. For me, the attitude of the casino staff is crucial, and this made it a horrible experience.

The buffet of course is no longer self serve, but it's better than ever! Reservations recommended as you are seated according to CDC guidelines. The interior is beautiful as always. Provided with the ability to scan your menu using your phone or with a paper menu, wait staff efficiently take your multiple orders until your full. Experience a full buffet from pastas, seafood, pizza, salads, appetizers, meats, sushi, desserts. etc. The range is extensive and some of the dishes are just plain 5 star. I was beyond impressed. We did not feel rushed and were encouraged to order more. If your looking for inexpensive, cheap food...go eat at Denny's. If you're looking for a nice buffet, eat at the Wynn.
