VSSR Vegas is a Polaris Slingshot rental company with locations on the Las Vegas Strip With over 15 years of experience in the luxury and exotic vehicle industry, we saw an opportunity to provide the same level of luxury and professionalism that you would expect when renting a Ferrari or Lamborghini. In fact, the idea to start a Rental company can be partly credited to concierges and VIP Host In Las Vegas letting us know how they have many guests / clients requesting Polaris Slingshots but do not have a company that can meet the expectations of their guests. With this in mind, we set out to create not only a company that provided excellent products and service but also with the goal of creating brand that can be recognized for its quality.

Received a promo for 1hr Slingshot rental. Was greeted by a front desk staff who was very friendly and welcoming. Rental was fun and exciting to drive. Would recommend VSSR to anyone looking for exotic car rentals.

Hired 4 wheeled scooter from 702 scooters was waiting for me when I arrived was not to posh fitted the bill perfectly I would not have been able to get anywhere with out it took in the room at night to charge never ran out I found getting around on it easy left it with the bell hop's whilst we did helicopter ride no problem at all and because it came apart was no problem to get taxis either just had to tell them to send something large enough best ÂŁ169 I have spent I hired it over the net before I went it's more dollars if you hire out there you can get posher ones this did the job just fine

Rented Polaris Slingshot, it was fun but was noisy and a little clanky. VSSR was easy to deal with and had good infor about where to go & what to do. Went to Red Rock Canyon, took 3-4 hrs with photo stops.

They do not care about safety but will certainly take your money.
My son and I rented scooters from them to ride through Red Rock Canyon. My sons scooter broke down at mile 9 of the 13 mile loop trail. We pushed the dead scooter 1/4 mile until we got a phone signal and called their office at 3pm. Keep in mind the park closes at 5pm and it gets dark and the Temperature drops into the 40’s. My son is an Eagle Scout and I lead high adventure trips. This was indeed a potentially dangerous situation.
They sent a mechanic on a scooter to try and fix the scooter. He reached our location after 5pm (park closes at 5 and gates are locked) and could not fix the scooter stranding is in the park with the temperature quickly dropping. The mechanic called his office and told them he could not fix it! I called the office and told them we were going to try and find a ride out of the park. My son and I gave the mechanic our scooter keys and had to hitch hike out of the park before we froze to death.
I sent the following text the the Owner (Jason â€+1 (702) 907-8477‬)
“Your decisions on how to handle the mechanical failure of the scooter that stranded my son and I in Red Rock Canyon for over 3 hours actually endangered our lives tonight. You were called at 3pm about the mechanical failure. We were told a mechanic was being sent. I told you I was concerned about the temperature dropping with the sunset. It was getting cold fast. We were planning to return scooters at 4:30 during daylight and we’re not dressed for the nighttime cold temperatures. We called at 3pm and told you about the broken scooter. After an hour I called again to find out where your mechanic was. I was told he is riding a scooter there!!!!! What????? You’re not picking everything up in a truck and driving us back????? We waited over 2 hours for the mechanic to show up!!!! The mechanic said that he had never been to Red Rock Canyon before and he was also wearing short sleeves and freezing. This company advertises and rents vehicles for Red Rock Canyon tours but the mechanic didn’t know how to get there! The park closed at 5pm before he reached us. When he finally arrived the mechanic tried but he was unable to fix the scooter and he called the office to tell them he could not fix it. Your company should have sent a truck to pick us up immediately. Not make us wait 2.5 hours and then tell us you can't fix it. You certainly did not take care of your customers today. Safety should always be your priority!!!”
The owner Jason (who was not in the store and had no communication with his employees or mechanic, called my phone and told me he is charging us for not returning his scooters to his shop. He was angry that we abandoned his mechanic there and that we hitchhiked out of the park leaving the scooters with his mechanic. He told me he was going to charge us for any towing fees repairs and impound fees because the Park would take his scooters and charge him a fee. This is his own fault for not knowing how to run a proper business and come pick up the broken scooter with a truck like every other company out there!
I texted him back and explained to him as follows:
“Jason You need to be aware that your mechanic told my son and me that he could not fix it. That was the reason for our course of action. It is not our fault that the scooter had a Mechanical problem. Although you suggested that we take our one working scooter and the mechanics scooter (which would have stranded him with a broken scooter in the middle of nowhere putting his life in danger since he was wearing short sleeves and didn't bring a coat with him) we thought it best to leave him a working scooter so he could ride out. This is not our fault. Ask your mechanic. He told us he could not fix it. He called your office and told them the same thing. It was not safe to be stranded there in the cold . We actually thought we did the right thing leaving him the working scooter and finding a ride out.”
Jason “the idiot owner” actually charges my credit card and tried to charge me for the towing of the broken scooter. It is currently in dispute.
Do not support this man’s business folks! The owner is a real scumbag!!!!!

A husband and wife owns this company and they will lie saying you damaged rheir scooters so they can retain your money! Go rent faster and cheaper off the strip near peppermill

They will use any excuse in the book to retain your deposit. Even after they admit sometimes their scooters don't work

Poor experience from start to finish. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early, then told to wait outside as wasn't ready. Was told to ensure the vehicle was returned with a full tank or would be charged $15/gallon to top it up. However when driving off realized it was only three quarters full. First set of lights pressed the brakes and nothing happened. Had to stamp hard to slow down. Makes a lot of noise whining and groaning but very little performance. Feels more like a fairground ride than a high performance vehicle. Whether this is due to poor maintenance or slingshots are a pile of junk I don't know as this was the first and last one I tried. Upon return was told to wait inside while he drove it around the block to check it. I went outside anyway to find he'd just driven it straight around the back. Asked if everything was ok and was told all good. Now it's been a week and deposit hasn't been returned despite several emails. Will take this up with PayPal and credit card company as well as reporting to Polaris. Worst Vegas experience by far.

They will try to scam your deposit out of you. I have yet to see mine back. The owner’s name is Jason and he is absolutely awful. He will talk bad to you and call you a liar just to make money off of you. I’ve never met a more disrespectful person. Don’t go here!!

PLEASE READ ALL THE ONE STAR RATINGS and know that everything you read will happen to you, mostly keeping your ENTIRE deposit. My brother wanted to surprise me for my birthday and after we were scammed out of his deposit, I went on to read all the one star reviews. The owners are definitely a part of scamming people, which is the worst thing to read on the reviews, but when it's happening to you it becomes a nightmare. Before we rented I asked the owner (Jason) if they gave military discounts. Hearing his scoff and rolling his eyes in the back of his head should tell you everything. If it wasn't for my brother trying to surprise me it would have ended differently. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Stay clear from this place. We are two brothers, and TA only gives you the option of who you were with "family - kids or teens" really?

ABSOLUTELY avoid this place at all cost. This by far is the worst customer service you will experience and similar to all reviews, they will do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO HOLD YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
To start, our group was 8 and we rented 1 Venderhall, 4 Tesla Scooters (only got 3 because they overbooked 1), 1 regular street bike, and 1 Slingshot. We had to return the Tesla Scooters because the front tire shook so bad a car flagged us down to warn us our "tire was about to fall off". Second, when we did return them, the staff were the opposite of helpful and rude as hell about it.
After we got back on the road, they didn't offer to extend the time for the 45 minutes we lost dealing with the shaky Tesla scooters which aren't even really Tesla scooters. Then upon our return at 5:22 (when we had the rental till 5:30), the gentlemen and the rude woman came out running out asking why we weren't back sooner when we still had more time left on our purchase. Then fabricated this fake "omg you just bottomed out" on the Vanderhall when no one else heard it scraping or felt it make a noise.
It felt like a scene that they do often given the previous reviews and wanted to hold one of our $500 deposits for a bumper they ordered, but cant provide the invoice to proof they ordered it, just some cheap excel sheet. Then when I asked the woman how it will work with getting the documentation, she looks at me with the worst attitude and says "I'm sorry, did you pay for it". We ended up not getting an invoice but some BS excel sheet and they kept our deposit which we are fighting with our bank with now.
Overall experience of the toys were fun outside of the knock off Tesla scooters I would avoid, but the staff there really damper the experience. I would avoid unless you want to overpay and get rid of our security deposit.
