It was really, really hot, but the drive through the canyon was well worth the trip. The scenery was beautiful and with it being so close to Las Vegas - it is well worth the visit.

About 20 minutes from the strip. Great 13 mile drive through the park. Would highly recommend to everyone.

You would have to go any of the off the beaten path trails where most people are not. The crowds at certain locations would scare away most wildlife.

Not at Red Rock Canyon but there is an area nearby called Calico Basin where you don’t pay, people hike and has lovely views. Perfect for what your looking to do. It’s not a tough hike, it has a path to follow around most of... More

Yes, but for optimal grip, I’d go for hiking shoes! Worth the investment for the safety and comfort
