Las Vegas Helicopter Night Flight with Optional VIP Transportation

1,154 reviews
Avoid the jam-packed streets on the Strip, and see Las Vegas from a different vantage point by taking to the air on a nighttime helicopter tour. Book this popular experience ahead of time to secure the day and time you’d like to soar above Sin City. Hotel pickup and drop-off by Mercedes Sprinter is included (if option selected).

I never visited the grand Cayon but this gave me a great preview. Amazing views, great hike, perfect for an IG afternoon

The main views and close up trails to the actual red rocks are in the first few stops along the trail. Make sure you spend ample time at the parts of the map with calico in it! Or, to beat the crowd, drive past the tiny 2nd stop and instead of waiting around for parking, go straight to Calico Hills then walk backwards on the trail (south east). You'll be alone with the red rocks! Then you can find a random rock further into the drive to perch on and have a picnic.

This is a wonderful and for a short duration, even a spectacular drive, especially if you approach Red Rock Canyon from Summerlin South. There are amazing rocky outcrops, Joshua Trees, picturesque scenery, yes, even red rocks! Pack in your own water and snacks, there is no convenience store or gas station in the park. The overlook was a beautiful view, but I found there were too many people who disrespect how others like to enjoy nature - peacefully. Maybe we were unlucky, but I couldn't wait to leave the overlook and go to one of the many trails to bike or hike. Do plan on getting out of your vehicle to explore. After having been once, I would only return to participate in a physical activity (walk, hike, bike, etc.)

Ok. So yes, it's pretty for about 2 miles, then some panoramic views of the valley. We love nature, we love BLM lands, we love trail hiking, etc....and have done a ton of it all over the country, especially the Southwest. Unfortunately this short "drive" is underwhelming and definitely not worth $15. Why is there ANY entrance fee to access BLM property? Have never seen this anywhere. Mediocre outing, at best. (And Google Maps does not have correct closing time, which varies by season.)

It was amazingly beautiful. 13 miles of scenery. I was hopeful that we would see horses as they had signs stating to be careful but didn’t. Definitely worth the drive and 17 dollars. We spent roughly a couple hours just driving and stopping through to take pics.
