We arrived a little early and were the only group there. I had an email confirming me for the Sherlock room, but for some reason the game master thought we were there for the Heist, but rather than confirm that from the get go, we were putting on black ops vests, etc. I made a comment that I thought it was weird for the Sherlock room and he quickly changed us. The game master was wonderful and the best part about the experience. That's where the good part of the experience ends. One star for being an independent business and one star for the game master. Here's the bad:
1. We are a group of 4 who have completed about 20 rooms together. We prefer 1st generation escape rooms because you know what you're looking for and up against. This room is a 2nd generation room and you really have no idea what you're doing and up against or what action is going to trigger what. I can't even call this a "high tech" room because all of the locks were magnetic locks and not even controlled by you, the player! We were told that because so many of the puzzles could be "finagled", the game master would trigger the response/magnetic lock on his end when he saw that we had solved the puzzle correctly so that "cheating" can't happen. Sorry, but this is really crappy puzzle design. This experience still rubs me raw.
2. Room is really linear, so if you know what you're doing and want to move quickly, you can't. So, two of us ended up standing around a lot because we couldn't do anything until the puzzle is solved -- also, too many people working on one puzzle usually doesn't work out well.
3. You have to have prior knowledge of chess (two of us did, but the two who didn't would have had to burn a clue to ask). Also, there were some items that were used more than once and one of the puzzles was just straight up confusing  from having to have prior knowledge of computer science terms to the puzzle not staying on the wall so that you could solve the puzzle. It was a mess.
4. There was a drawing that pertained to a box that was wrong as well. We were able to figure it out, but it was still annoying.
5. There was no video or anything really to draw you into the story. The set design was lackluster and bare and you're really just going through the motions. The puzzles were more frustrating than fun and it makes me wonder who the beta testers were!

I’ve done about 40+ escape rooms and in regards to the escape room I did, I did not feel like it was the most favorite one I had done. I did Smite Sherlock because we wanted to do an escape room that was not scary and in Vegas, majority of them are scary. However, although we escaped, I found the puzzles challenging. In addition, the technology in the room has to be precise for it to open, which did make it a bit difficult. Overall, I might try another escape room with them but would not recommend this one. I do like that they have complimentary water, coffee, and popcorn available though.

I did the Sherlock room with a group of girls all in our early 20s. We used the 10% off Yelp code, which saved us a few dollars each. Bryan was an incredible host and was extremely hospitable and patient with us. He assisted us with just the right information when we needed and was quick to follow up with anything we requested. We all had a blast! I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area looking for a fun activity.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and booked the Smite Sherlock room as a team building event for 8 high school girls. They had a great time! The only downside is that this location is really dark at night in a pretty vacant business area. The only other activity was at the Men’s Spa next door, which had a lot of frequent foot traffic and some sketchy looking people. I didn’t feel safe at all and although the girls had fun, I would not book at this location again.

It was super fun! It looked super realistic. The prison escape room had 2 rooms you had to go through. This is where you have to find hidden objects and put together puzzles. It made the experience a lot of fun and working together made all the difference in the world.

Very fun experience. We ran out of time but the guide let us keep trying because no one was scheduled after us. We eventually won because he gave great hints to help us.

We visit from Colorado. We were a group of 5 with a 10 year old kid. The location was easy to find, all the process was easy and smooth. Great customer service all the time since the booking till the moment we were at the place.
My kid love it!!!!

Was definitely excited to try this out. Arrived to our appointment early but still waited 10 minutes for setup/cleanup. Out of no where, a dust storm hits and caused a power outage. The alarm was set off alerting us to exit the building. The employee starts to loudly instruct my boyfriend that we have to go while he is in the restroom. He walks us out into the sand storm, closes the door and locks it! Disregarded our safety and didn't give any information on how to get a refund or how to reschedule! I called to ask about a refund and they said they'll work on it! These things are out of their control, which is absolutely correct. However, treating customers fairly is in their control. They need to polish their customer service and treat everyone with the same courtesy!

I recently went here on a date. The staff was super friendly, the facility was clean. The games are catered specially to you so there is no maximum amount of hints or anything. It was a great experience.

Definitely a brain teaser! My husband and I had a lot of fun doing prison break. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when necessary. We were able to finish the escape room with minutes to spare but overall a nice experience and We would definitely come back
