The beach is small and there is also a resort, you can go by bus from Chania bus station and it gets about 20/30 minuts, but my advice is that you go to the next beach Marathi because there is wonderful and clean water with...More

Another very nice beach in this area. It is small but beautiful. Need to get there early to get your spot . Clean clear water. Not much there otherwise. There is a beach bar. There are villas with private beach entry which look nice.

Typical beach, rather small and entirely occupied with unbeads and umbrellas for rent (€6). The parking seems to be free; a nearby taverna offers some food and drinks. Beware of enrmous wasps flying over the left side of the beach and smaller wasps (looked like...More

This beach was marvelous. We sat at the sunbed area on the grassy bit, which was perfect when we wanted our toddler to take a break from the water and sun. The service and drinks there were perfection. They had a live DJ playing house...More

Only reason for 4/5 is because it is quite rocky and there is a quite a rocky area in the shallows too so the toddlers battled a bit with their bare feet. But as beaches go, it was gorgeous - clean with crystal clear water.
