It seems like this part of the country is known for cowboys, trains and the outdoors so we’ve made sure to see a bit of each! The history of the railways is quite interesting and you get a bit of that here via a short...More

Thank you for visiting, we find that most guest stay about 30 minuets, however as you mentioned the bigger train fans sometimes spend days here. The big thing to see in indeed the yard itself but we do our best to make sure there in...More

Stumbled upon this attraction on our way through Nebraska. Enjoyed walking up the tower and seeing the dozens of trains being processed. The volunteer guide answered our questions but tended to bring in his own political views which I think should not be included in...More

Next to a grain elevator, it must be the tallest building for 100’s of miles in any direction. The viewing floors were great. Two levels. Plenty of seating on both floors. The outdoor level is nice as you get an unobstructed view. The indoor viewing...More

We are close to the tallest building in our area, our hospital and a couple of high rises in the area give us a run for our money though! It seems that you were able to enjoy each floor, the air conditioning is well worth...More

This is an amazing place to visit! The gift shop was fun just browsing but the action was on the upper levels for sure. A panoramic view of the area from an enclosed eighth floor viewing area but the focus is on Union Pacific's Bailey...More

There is so much to see from the 7th and 8th floor that, binoculars are a great help to see some of the operations just a little bit closer. Our volunteers love sharing their knowledge and stories with our guest! It sounds like you were...More

My husband had been there before and could't wait until he could share it with me. I have to admit that it was not only cool to watch but the history was amazing. At one time they had about 14,000 railroad cars that we there...More
