You have to cross a walk way bridge to see the dam but it’s a nice area and they have an area to eat. The views are beautiful!

We stopped at the dam and then went to the park where the falls were but we weren't able to do much as they gates were already locked for the season (Labor Day).

The falls were almost dry the island was closed. The drive was dusty and I didn't feel the dam was marked to make it easy to find.

Beautiful dam. In fact the ride all the way down the waterfall road, from Black Eagle falls, and the walking area at the last waterfall is great. Well worth the visit
