When my daughter was in high school in Colorado, the jocks that had less than stellar academic records seemed to gravitate to Montana State in Bozeman. I didn't get it until I visited recently. It's a charming town with a lovely campus with lots of...More

Lots and lots of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and breweries within about a 4 block area. Lots of shops too. My personal favorite was The MontAna Quilting Co.

Cats are the theme for downtown Bozeman - the Bobcats being their symbol of excellence. Quaint and quirky art galleries, bars and restaurants and ancient buildings [ancient American not ancient Brits!] showing the history of the ranch-style development of a community to a vibrant University...More

Quick to observe that there is no parking on the packed main street with all the activity in the evening. Rear parking is available and OK. More that a few places to eat - from hamburgers to $$$ food. Certain "blue" attitude prevails - but...More

This was our first trip to Montana and Bozeman. There are not enough adjectives to describe this place! The surroundings are stunning, the people are friendly, college town vibe ( go to a football game) small town charm even though it continues to grow, much...More

Just passing through for a quick stay. But downtown was reminiscent of a mix of old times and college town. Shops, food places, and breweries in a small town feel.

This is a delightful little downtown that you should stop and see when you are in the area. There are a large assortment of bars, restaurants, shops and places to sit along the way.

One of the best main streets I've been on. Great to walk around, lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice homes behind the main street. I was very surprised how nice it was.

Staceys - it's a saloon outside of Bozeman. Out by the four corners area so you'll have to drive.
