The museum is one of the finest dinosaur exhibits in America. The side attractions were great too. The movies shown at regular intervals in the domed theatre were very cool and informative. I recommend this museum.

The museum has one of the best dinosaur exhibits in the country There are archaeologists working on fossils that answer any questions. . The special crocodile exhibit was very interesting as was the Native American exhibit. The admission also includes planetarium shows.

If you have a child enthralled with dinosaurs this is a great half day visit! The first small room is deceptive-- Make sure you go through and into the larger hall. Staff has interesting exhibits they cart around to share. We stayed for a planetarium...More

The museum isn't very large. We spent about an hour and a half there. There were two really great things about this museum -- the dinosaurs and the planetarium. Definitely worth the time spent.

Without a doubt one of the best small community museums in the country. They do a superb job of rotating exhibits and displays, which makes it wonderful for the locals as well.

We've visited several good dinosaur exhibits but this one far exceeds most. They have an excellent collection of unique fossils, more intact skeletons than many museums and their displays are organized so it is very interesting, educational and easy to understand. They offer a variety...More

We are travelling to Yellowstone and wanted to stop at the Museum. How much time do you think we should plan on? We have 2 kids 4 &6 and a grandma with mom and dad. Thanks!

It depends on how much the kids are into dinosaurs and the timing of the planetarium show. If it is the 'right' show the 4&6 year old might enjoy it so check the schedule and that will I think determine it. 1-2 hours
