Great little place. We couldn’t have an adult ride down the waterslides with our non-swimming children, so they had to forego the large slides altogether. They still enjoyed the kiddie area though. Water was very cold! It was a long walk (all indoor) from our...More

This is a small park, with cold water. Lifeguards seemed disinterested and unqualified. Under 5 years old were not supposed to be in the hot tub, and it was baby land. Sure enough one had a poop blowout accident and closed the tub. Gross! My...More

Overpriced. The water was too cold and very small water park. Not worth the entrance fee and they don’t have towels. Save your money and just go to a hotel that has a pool.

I have visited the Reef on a few separate occasions and each time felt completely appalled by the lack of proficient lifeguard supervision and layout of the pool areas. As a former Red Cross certified lifeguard and mother of two, I would deeply urge all...More
